Their current promotion (first 5 months half off) was too good to ignore, and on top of that, their insurance rate is about $5 cheaper than what I'm paying now. Those little things add up. I submitted an interest form, and the property manager called me first thing the next day, which I really appreciated. We went over pricing, lot sizes, and availability, and I was assured they had my preferred unit size available (I'm planning to go up in size at this location). The best part of the conversation? Even though I'm not quite ready to move yet (likely within the next month or so) I was told they would still honor the promotional pricing whenever I'm ready to move in. That flexibility and honesty went a long way. So far, the experience has been very positive and professional. I'll be sure to follow up with another review once we've moved in and everything has settled, but this was a great first impression.
