This review is about a year overdue! Apologies! I had a problem with my inherited washer/dryer and dishwasher. The washer was leaking; dryer WASNT drying fully & making a noise. The dishwasher was perplexing & had some issues. We were given FAST & dependable service at a more than reasonable price. PLEASE NOTE: he, Taylor, works on (All) foreign and domestic models/parts & pieces! Taylor (& his office coordinator) are extremely knowledgeable & professional from 1st communication ease to fix/repair or the honest truth of your situation. I can attest to the fact that he stands by his work! In the time following one of the repairs (dryer), I thought I was imagining a noise. I didn't want to make him come out again if it was nothing and I waited until the very last minute due to my uncertainty! I called - he came out right away at "my 11th hour" & there actually was a problem. It was NOT apparent when it was originally fixed. No hassle. No grief. Identified the problem & it was repaired with a smile! Another Cycle Appliance is top notch and I would/will be calling them again for ANY issues we, or my family has, in the future. My washing machine gave up the ghost as I was doing my first load of the weekend. Having waited to do laundry until Sunday, I knew I would need to wait until the workweek rolled around to get the machine fixed. I checked Yelp and Google reviews, and decided to try Another Cycle. Using the extremely easy online interface, I was able to book an appointment for Monday. Alfredo arrived when promised, and he couldn't have been nicer, more personable, or more considerate. He checked the washer from stem to stern, identified the problem, and explained the issue. He advised that I invest in the repair since the machine is a good one, and I followed his recommendation. When he returned three days later with the factory original parts, he not only repaired the machine but also put some shims under the feet of the washer since my little house is crooked and he didn't want the suspension rods to do twice the work. I recommend Another Cycle most heartily. Although I hope I don't have need of an appliance repairman any time soon, there is NO doubt who I'll contact!!! read more

We had Taylor repair a GE French door refrigerator that was leaking around the door gaskets. The gaskets had become brittle and cracked, and leaked humid air into the refrigerator, where it froze in the freezer compartment causing ice dams. I had ordered replacement gaskets online and installed them myself, but only partially solved the problem. Scheduled an appointment with Another Cycle using their online booking system. Excellent experience. Taylor arrived on time, reworked the gaskets, heating them with a hair blower. Then completely disassembled the freezer compartment to find and clear obstructions in the drainage tube which fixed the ice dam problem. The repair costs were very reasonable, considering the amount of work it took to fix the multiple problems. Taylor has extensive experience, excellent knowledge of how appliances work, and is an excellent diagnostician and mechanic. We recommend Another Cycle highly, and would use them again any time. read more

I didn't even get a chance to hire him because he asked me two questions and told me how to fix it myself. My washer hadn't been working for 5 days,. It's a "Craigslist special" we bought for $75 2 years ago, so my real question was "Is it even worth fixing". He knew the brand and told me about the quality and how they should last and that because they aren't just full of electronics they maintain well. Then, he asked me if I have small kids. When I said I did he spot on told me (over the phone!) that I've got a tiny sock stuck in the pump and that if I were inclined a YouTube video could show me how to remove it. He also offered to come do it as soon as he was available, but I'm adventurous so I went for it. Long story short, one tiny sock removal later and my washer is currently running. It's nice to be treated like a person by a business ,and I will be using this service next time I actually do need someone to come. read more

I have used Taylor in the past and have recommended him. This week I called him regarding my ice maker not working. He promptly came out and spent some time "diagnosing" the issue. He returned a day later with a new part and it was an easy install. Unfortunately after he left I was now having a different issue with my ice maker. Taylor was very responsive and came back the next day. The new issue had nothing to due with the part he replaced. It was time consuming for him to correct the issue. Taylor was a gentleman during this entire process. It's nice to know he really is a true professional! Also, it's good to know that he will never leave a customer "hanging and will follow a job through to the end! If I could rate him 10 stars I would! These guys are the best. I had the good fortune to phone Taylor at Another Cycle Appliance by chance after looking online for someone to repair my dishwasher. He directed me to his excellent website where I chose the date and time for him to be as my home and explained what was happening to my dishwasher. After reading my comments on his webpage, he ordered the part overnight and confirmed my appointment via e-mail and showed up on time with the part and fixed the dishwasher without a problem. He charged a very fair flat rate plus the cost of the part. I could not have asked for better service. He also offered to consult with me if I needed to replace any other appliances in my home. I called to arrange service for a washing machine and Taylor answered my call right away which doesn't happen too often these days. He set me up with an online scheduling tool which was great. He and Kevin arrived on time, neat and professional and extremely courteous. After spending a good amount of time troubleshooting the issue, he carefully explained his findings to me and showed me exactly what he found. He could have easily made up unnecessary repairs ($$$) and I would have never known but the problem ended up being a quick fix and only cost me the reasonable service fee for a visit which he reminded me is good for 30 days so if any issues come up, he will come back for free. In the last few months, we have taken one hit after another with every nook and cranny of our home. Recently, we had a washing machine not draining. I called ACAR and they came out the same day. Taylor and his brother were extremely professional, clean, and courteous. I was so impressed that when our dryer went today, I called Taylor ASAP. He came out with all new parts for our dryer so I could finish up my mound of laundry - no emergency fee on a Saturday either! We also have a fridge that is 6 months old that is faulty. He knew that Whirlpool was going to repair it for us but he still took it out and made sure it was safe for us to keep using without charging us a penny. I cannot say enough about this company. This review is very overdue, for which I am a bit ashamed. Our washing machine decided to stop spinning requiring attention from someone with a great deal more knowledge than we have. Taylor came out, examined the washer and delivered the bad news that the unit required an expensive part replaced. He was able to order the part and replace it within the same week -- a great boon when laundry is piling up. More than simply properly diagnosing the problem and needed solution, I was impressed with Taylor's friendliness, knowledge and professionalism. I had the opportunity to work with this company 2x in one week in 2 different homes. Taylor came out to my rental and fixed a washer we were moving to our new home. Upon getting to the new home we set up the washer and it was perfect. We popped the laundry into the dryer on site and I thought I was living in a train station, w an incoming train. Because of the online booking, which is the way to go nowadays- it made it so easy to schedule an appointment for a 2 hour window the same day! My mom referred me to them because my washer was filling up with water and not working and I was leaving early the next morning for a cross-country trip and was in desperate need of washing a load. Service could not be better!! Taylor is a master technician and the bonus is that he is also a very nice guy! It was a pleasure to do business with him. He recently repaired my gas dryer, replaced ice maker in my Sub-Zero Fridge, fixed a burner on my stove, replaced old gasket on oven door and replaced broil/convection element in my oven AND cleaned out my dryer vents! I called another cycle when the refrigerator that came with the home I purchased stopped working properly. Taylor was very professional and called me back right away. It was not an easy fix and Taylor was able to diagnose the problem ( previous repair using wrong parts) and get the parts needed to make sure it was up and running. Taylor was always professional and easy to work with. He also cleaned the dryer vent for me and fixed another issue that I couldn't figure out how to solve.
