(This is different as a lot of other companies I spoke with were saying they had to come see the stuff before giving me a quote) She was very transparent with the pricing and how much I would expect to pay for the size that she thought would be necessary. On our day of scheduled service Helen arrived w/her team and they were QUICK. Like initially my family and I had thought this was going to take at least 4-6 hours and they were in and out in less than 2! I can say that Brad and his staff were very nice, cordial, and also took the time to quickly look through each box to see if there were any personal items we may want to keep (pictures, etc.).
