For example, I was not liking my dining room but couldn't figure out exactly why as I liked each piece but just it just didn't look right all together somehow. Missy brilliantly suggested the light fixture was too small, unremarkable and hung too high over the table. She suggested that changing it to something more dramatic that would make more of a statement would help bring the room together. I had never thought of the light fixture as being a problem. Really I had never thought of it at all, but sure enough once I made that change it was a dramatic improvement and led the way to me changing out one of the main pieces of art, getting rid of two side chairs and a putting a different side table in that looked good with the new modern chandelier. I love my dining room now! It's my eclectic style, but it's cohesive, and I never would have gotten there without Missy's consultation. She also just has great taste and such extensive experience that she has the perfect "eye", which allows her to quickly and with great accuracy nail the paint color or tile size that will look best, or warn you away from the problems you might run into with a particular fabric or an uncomfortable chair depth or a rug that's too small for the space.. She is also extremely practical in thinking about what will work with pets and kids. Missy really knows her stuff. It is great to see her getting so many accolades and industry recognition lately. They left my front door wide open and never turned the gate back on so if I hadn't gone back for cleaning supplies my door would've been left open over night. When I told the only guy who spoke English he said "I wasn't the last one out" no apologies just a lazy answer. They never unpacked properly. I started unpacking the kitchen, so they had an idea of where things went. They didn't try, they just unpacked random stuff and threw it in places. Appliances were disassembled which could have easily been put together. My cake stand was in two thrown on the counter top with a box over the glass in an unsafe manner. They said they were scheduled to come back tomorrow and when I called to complain about how the place left they said the job was done and I should've said something before they left. I told them they should leave instead of waiting for me to return after picking up my daughter they told me had to pay. Which understood I'll pay for the day, but the packing job was not done. These are scammers. It's been a long time since I dealt with a business like this but this one beware.

We used Picture Hanging With Us today. Chris and Seth arrived on time, they worked quickly, and most importantly they did a fantastic job. The mount and TV that needed to be hung was missing some screws and we thought we would have to make a trip to Home Depot...But luckly Chris had all the mounting supplies he needed to complete the job. The glass door was initially damaged and subsequently mishandled by a new employee at the shop. These issues caused the project to drag on for over a month, making it somewhat inconvenient to put all the items back in their rightful places. Despite these setbacks, the company's exemplary handling of the matter and their engagement with us were truly commendable. They helped mitigate the inconvenience and ensured that we were satisfied with the overall project. We would like to personally acknowledge each team member for their exceptional work.
