The Mr. and I have been using ANS for years with positive results. The cars are clean and the drivers are friendly, punctual, and safe. We have used them for rides to and from the Austin airport and for the Greater Killeen Airport as well. Great experience with Weeton (owner) and ANS Shuttle! He was waiting for me when I landed at Austin Bergstrom and had a Subway sandwich, chips and water for me when I got in the car. He was also prompt in picking me up at my Killeen Hotel a few days later and direct service back to the Austin airport. We had clean nice vehicles for both trips. I love dealing with small companies and ANS definitely delivered. I would certainly use them again if I'm flying in to Austin or Killeen. I called a week in advance of my arrival and spoke with a nice man and was prepared for my $15/person travel to home on one of their shuttles. Since it's a small operation they needed my arrival time so they could be there to pick me and my partner up. Later that day I received an updated itinerary from my airline that I would arrive 30 minutes after scheduled time so I went to the ANS website and emailed them with the link provided: ansschedule@ansshuttle.com That email bounced back so I sent them a message using their online form and assumed that it made it through. I thought about calling, but the online form used for booking seemed sufficient enough... ...apparently not. I called the day I arrived at the Killeen Airport and again talked to the nice man and apparently he was wondering where I was at. I told him that I had sent them an update back on the day that I called in and asked him to send another shuttle to get us, but it seemed that was going to take a while (over half an hour to come) and I noticed a taxi waiting outside so I again called back after 5 minutes but this time talked to a lady who seemed nice, at first, and told her not to send the shuttle and that I was going with someone else that was already here. She asked who I was and I told her; then she blew up on me over the phone--serious yelling and screaming at me with a final salute of hanging up without letting me talk. That is some seriously bad customer service. At least I called them to save them from wasting more time... I never plan on using ANS and you shouldn't either. read more

Perfect Service! I am writing from the Killeen airport right now after being dropped off by the ANS Airport Shuttle. I realized yesterday that a shuttle would be much more convenient and less expensive than driving my car. I will be driving back from my trip with my family and it would take us 1+ hour out of our way to go to pick up my car from the airport. I called the service yesterday, and after emailing due to a couple of repeated busy signals, we arranged the pickup for the next day. I cancelled the cab I had arranged (which was going to be $70 versus $50 for this shuttle) and prepared for the trip. The driver showed up in what was essentially a nice, clean personal vehicle just at the arranged time and we had a pleasant drive from the west side of Georgetown to the Killeen airport. Great price, great service - nothing more I could ask for. I will use again at any opportunity. read more

Generally I don't write reviews, but this experience was one that I wanted to make sure that others knew about. After a series of unfortunate events I found myself, two days before my flight left, needing a ride from Austin to Killeen Airport. Most people I talked to in Austin were befuddled on how I was going to get there. ANS Airport Shuttle to the rescue. I was able to schedule a last minute ride to the airport. Although they weren't on time, I was given enough notice to plan around it. I had a great hour ride to the airport filled with conversation about the area and the driver's family. I also would recommend calling, rather than email/contact forms. The person that didn't have a good experience online was a little similar to mine. This is a family run operation and I think it's better to coordinate things like this over the phone. I would certainly recommend them to anyone in need of ride at the last minute or if you need a shuttle service around this area. They certainly know what they are doing and it's important to support small businesses! read more

Entrepreneurs at their finest! There were no shuttle services available from Killeen/Harker Heights/Nolanville to Austin Bergstrom Airport, until recently! I had a last minute change to my nieces schedule during spring break and I called ANS (Weeden) at 4:37 AM on a Saturday and he actually answered the phone (Great 1st impression), explained the situation and he arranged to pick up my niece, in Austin, only 30 minutes after her arrival! He was very thorough about the pick up location, the type of vehicle and the cost was only $80. AND...he dropped my niece off AT MY HOUSE! Incredible 5-Star Service!!!! My son is new to Texas... stationed at Fort Hood. A cab ride from Hood to AUS can be as much as $160 !! I found ANS Shuttle online, reviews were good. I called and spoke to a very nice man who said he was also a driver, he said the cost would be $80 for my son and $10 more for one or two more passengers. My son found two more soldiers traveling the same day and they split the ride, $30 EACH !! He said he slept all the way there, shuttle was clean and comfortable. When he returned to Austin Airport this past Saturday, the shuttle was waiting for him and only charged him $60 to return to base. I am very dissappointed with UBER at this moment & will go with LIFT from now on. I tryed to get an UBER from church services in Killeen this morning only to get a message that read...."NO UBER NETWORK AVAILABLE" which left me stranded and searching for a ride home. Later that night, I tried to get an UBER from a friend's house and UBER kept showing the wrong address for my pick-up point, therefore I NEVER confirmed the UBER & by the time I reached home I get a call stating they were there to pick me up. How can they pick me up on SUNDOWN DRIVE when I'm on MEADOWBROOK DRIVE....I receive a call from one driver & explained the problem & let them know that I had reached my destination. 5 minutes later I get a call from another driver (twice) & explained the same thing to him. I checked my account & UBER charged me for a ride I never took, due to their lack of locating my departing address. I call the "Driver Support" line, because when I click "help" then "refund" it goes to a map of my area....so....no help at all. After speaking with "Driver Support" I learn ......there is no number for riders to contact anyone........i'm going to try LIFT now.....UBER charged me for a ride I never took.....I feel ROBBED. read more

I received front door service from my home and front door service from the Austin airport to my home each time. I love ANS this is a small family company and I can't say enough good things about them. They are always there for me. I fly in and out of the Killeen Ft Hood regional airport regularly 3-5 times a month. Once I was stuck and couldn't get in to Killeen I finally got a flight into Austin and they were able to come and pick me up. If my flight is delayed or early they are always there to get me.
