ANS carpet cleaners remind me of the landscapers that "blow & go". I have used them several times and they have always done a good job, until recently. Yesterday they cleaned 5 rooms in my home plus my staircase . They did this all in 90 mins and left my beautiful hardwood floors a MESS! They left water stains from their carpet cleaner and left skid marks caused by dragging their equipment hose over my floor. My first time using a carpet cleaning service in Vallejo. I chose them because of several coupons I found online. They did a pretty food job aside from some very old gum/sticker stains. However when I went to pay and is coupons, that they were aware of when I made Appt. I was told they were only.good after 2 rooms cleaned. I was never told this nor does the coupon say this anywhere. So I paid 89.00 for a very tiny living-room to be cleaned. If I knew that I would have called the other place who offered 49.00 for a small room and hallway. Then today he comes out mind you on his truck say 3 rooms and stairs for $89 he tells me 189 and to re clean my furniture $75 and $65. I read the reviews before deciding on which carpet cleaner I was going to use. They had very high marks and many reviews, so I thought that I couldn't go wrong. I called, made an appointment and I am glad I did. I told the person on the phone that I wanted an am appointment. She told me that the carpet cleaner would be there between 9:00-9:30. Around 9:25, I got a phone call that they were running late which was fine, this is excellent customer service! It took them approx. 1 1/2 hours and I was very happy with the workmanship of the two people that came. They never tried to sell me additional service which was nice, they came to do what I wanted and left. They took credit cards which made it convenience. Hire them if you want your carpets to look new...Hired this lovely husband and wife team to clean the carpets of our new home (13 year old carpets, originals). We moved in this past Sunday and they cleaned on the carpets on Monday. We found them on Yelp, got a quote from Monica (we negotiated a little once they arrived and looked at the size of the space - quite large), and then they got to work. The products they used didn't bother me (I'm 39 weeks pregnant) and they were fast yet very detailed (wish I could say the same for the cleaning lady I hired to come the following day). They got horrible (and very permanent looking) stains out of the carpet in one of the bathrooms (seriously, who puts carpet in bathrooms?!) which helped alleviate some of the stress I was facing of debating if we had to put in tiles before the baby arrived. They wore booties, cleaned from the top-down and even lifted most of the furniture and put foam pads underneath so it would dry evenly. One thing, I wish they had asked for help (husband was home) to clean under the bed...and then my bad, leave all the doors open for 24 hours to ensure even drying time in all the rooms. But there was so little moisture that I can't even say it was damp (didn't make my socks wet). Now, if I can just keep people with shoes off! Hire them. They are good and I will call them again, even for spot cleaning...should have and maybe now, I just may call for tile/grout cleaning too... read more
