Jesse did an incredible job getting the funky smell and residue off of a couch we inherited. My 10 year old carpet was doing well until confronted by an elderly cat and dog. Totally unprofessional . I called their company and booked an appointment almost two weeks out . They called the day before to cancel and offered an appointment another two weeks out . Life happens so the cancellation wasn't the issue but the way Jesse handled it was . I said ill take the appt and if something changes I will call you . He then said no I will only book it if it's a sure thing . I reminded him I had a sure thing appt and he was the one who cancelled . As a courtesy I was just letting him know that I would try to get another appt sooner and if I did I would call him . He then got defensive and refused to rebook and appt that only had to be rescheduled because he cancelled in the first place . This was just the culmination of a bad customer service experience from our initial phone call he was rude, unprofessional and unorganized. Update ..... jesse's response is not true and again speaks to his level of unprofessionalism. I never said I was going to book with another company . I said I would take the rescheduled appt and if something came up I would let him know as I had already taken off work once for the original spot . Further Immediately after seeing my review he called and attempted to bully me into taking it down , accused me of whining and then yelled and talked over me .
