I heard about Jesse on Nextdoor, and he sounded exactly like the kind of person I was looking for--someone with a small, locally owned business who does the work himself. I've found that with larger companies, you don't always know who will show up or how much care they'll put into the job. Jesse did not disappoint! He did an amazing job on our carpets. We have two dogs, including one who is 15 years old. As she's gotten older, she has started using one area of the living room as a bathroom at night. We put puppy pads down, but sometimes she misses, and spot cleaning could only do so much. She also manages to bring in plenty of dirt because on our walks in the East Bay parks, one of her favorite things to do is roll around on the ground. I recently moved her bed and was shocked by how dirty the carpet had become. The difference in color between the carpet that had been protected under her bed and the carpet in front of it was pretty awful. The high-traffic areas were looking bad too. Jesse spent about five hours getting everything clean. He took his time with the pretreatments, which clearly made a difference, and he also cleaned two upholstered chairs for us. I was amazed by the results. The carpets look beautiful again. Jesse is efficient, thorough, and an extremely hard worker. It was such a pleasure to wake up the next morning and see beautifully clean carpets throughout the house. We are completely happy with the job and would recommend Jesse without hesitation. Totally unprofessional . I called their company and booked an appointment almost two weeks out . They called the day before to cancel and offered an appointment another two weeks out . Life happens so the cancellation wasn't the issue but the way Jesse handled it was . I said ill take the appt and if something changes I will call you . He then said no I will only book it if it's a sure thing . I reminded him I had a sure thing appt and he was the one who cancelled . As a courtesy I was just letting him know that I would try to get another appt sooner and if I did I would call him . He then got defensive and refused to rebook and appt that only had to be rescheduled because he cancelled in the first place . This was just the culmination of a bad customer service experience from our initial phone call he was rude, unprofessional and unorganized. Update ..... jesse's response is not true and again speaks to his level of unprofessionalism. I never said I was going to book with another company . I said I would take the rescheduled appt and if something came up I would let him know as I had already taken off work once for the original spot . Further Immediately after seeing my review he called and attempted to bully me into taking it down , accused me of whining and then yelled and talked over me .
