Dr. Petrossian and Heather C. are my favorites! Dr. Petrossian is very thorough and pleasant. I never feel like she is rushed and she genuinely cares about her patients. Heather C has a terrific personality. She is warm and funny at the same time. She also is honest about what frames look good on me and which ones don't. I wouldn't go anywhere else but this place to get my glasses for I and my son who is now 27 and I've been going there since he was about five years old. Everyone is very nice and very efficient at doing their jobs. One of my favorite person working there is Carol she is always in a good mood and very helpful. People are friendly. I don't know about cost as I've never purchased glasses anywhere else. Seemed expensive to me. The almost 2 month turn around was disappointing. Once they have your money, they're not motivated to let you know your glasses are in. They say you get one call. I think they need to improve that process. read more

I've been a patient for 8 years but recently took my 5 year old in for an exam. I was so impressed at how thorough the DR was. He was patient and kind to us. His treatment plan was conservative and very well thought out. He gave options and made sure we understood everything. The office is beautiful and very clean. Toward the end of 2016, I discovered my son needed glasses during a visit to his primary care physician. We went to Antelope Mall Vision Center where my son received a comprehensive eye and vision exam. The entire staff was courteous, professional, and helpful. During the exam, Dr. Petrossian discovered my son had convergence insufficiency - a condition where the eyes do not work together properly. In addition to great service while getting my son's glasses, the vision therapy my son received from Dr. Petrossian over the past year has been tremendously helpful. My son said after therapy, "I can do things with my eyes I couldn't do before," and he told me it made a huge difference in making it easier to get his school work done. Antelope Mall Vision Center is the only optometry office in the entire Antelope Valley that offers vision therapy for convergence insufficiency, so it's great we didn't have to go to LA to get my son the therapy he needed. Both my son and I had a very positive experience working with Dr. Petrossian. I highly recommend her and Antelope Mall Vision Center. read more

Like Angela, I can't say enough good things about this place. I've been coming here since I was a little kid and I've always looked forward to my appointments. The main doctor - he's the tall guy, I forget his name - is always very nice, and very informative. They even worked with me when I was between insurances. Now, they can be a little pricey and you will definitely find cheaper frames at a place like Wal-Mart, but I've never broken a pair of glasses I've gotten here. They've fallen off my face, I've rolled over on them, and still they never break. This is the only place in the AV I'd ever thing of getting a pair of glasses. read more

I went in to have my lenses taken out of a broken frame and placed into a replacement frame. When I handed over my broken frames, I was told that I should not have superglued the broken piece as it invalidated some warranty. I wasn't told that when they ordered the replacement. After some back and forth, GINA came to the rescue. Thank you GINA for taking responsibility over this situation. read more

Wow! I'm really impressed with these guys! They have excellent customer service. I purchased my glasses last August and a very nice young girl recommended I get the warranty (since it was cheaper than getting the spare pair that I wanted) after I expressed to her how I cannot function without my glasses and how I feel they are an extension of my body. She mentioned it was a good investment since I felt so strongly about it; I had the money at the time so I did. Ok so fast forward to yesterday, I'm at the park carefree and having fun with my Shih Tzu until I broke my glasses while trying to adjust them to my face! Ugh! I freaked out because money is a little tight right now and I can't afford a new pair, but on the other hand, I definitely cannot afford to be without them! Anywho, I somehow remembered the young girl's wise recommendation; so I drove over today on my lunch break, I walked in and Gina and Megan greeted me with beautiful smiles and a helpful disposition. I told them what happened, showed them my broken frames, they looked at my chart and told me I was covered. They looked for the frame in their in store inventory and found the exact frame match. I was thrilled!!! It took longer to get to the store than the whole transaction! I paid $20 and I walked out with my brand new glasses with a big smile ready to go back to work! I'm really thankful for all the staff working there. They seem to love what they do and I love that they were kind and helpful in my time of need. Overall good place however why is it that I call and you tell me you will beat any advertised price on contacts when I asked, then when I walk in tell me "sorry we don't price match" the price difference was only $6.50. You couldn't do that for a long term loyal client? Left a bad taste in my mouth which I ended up ordering contacts online got them in two days and saved a couple bucks. I'm not sure yet but because of that I might just end up switching to another facility. After Izner (not sure if that's spelt right) left everything just went down hill from there. He at least made you feel important with a one on one relationship rather than how I was treated by the other staff members. Sorry but two stars for my experience. read more

I have been going to the Antelope Mall Vision Centre since it opened many years ago. They are always very friendly and helpful. The selection is not all that but hey it get's the job done. The only complaint I do have is that it takes a long time to get an available appointment. read more

I have been a customer since 2007 and after two recent visits this year (2018) I have always been very impressed and pleased at the level of customer service from the staff. In March, I picked up a new pair of glasses (after while wearing contacts for a long while) and I got a nice pair of Ray-Ban frames that I am very pleased with and get lots of compliments. I went back today to get my frames adjusted and have the lenses changed because they do not transition as fast as I would like and the staff were very helpful especially Heather. I decided to pick up a pair up prescription sunglasses so I can use them while driving and Heather explained all of my options and helped me pick out a nice frame and - I snagged a discount so thank you Heather for your service and all of the staff there. read more

Excellent doctor but lame delivery for my contacts. Of course they blame the insurance company because one of my lenses wasn't covered by one and was by the other. The exam was quick but Dr. Ha took the time to answer my questions and clear up any confusion. She's excellent! read more

I had a mixed experience at this facility. The exam went well. Their selection of lenses was ok.the Staff were nice and helpful but the who upgrade concept really confused and annoyed me. I knew that they probable would not have any walk in's available (it was a Saturday). But when i asked when was there next available appointment. I was told not until May 22, My husband and I could not believe there booked so far ahead.. So if don't mind waiting for a appointment. I guess you can try this office. read more

Listen.. this place deserves 5 stars, period. I have been coming here since I was a kid, back when it was the little eye place in the mall. The actual eye doctor I've seen over the years has changed a few times, and they've all been GREAT! They have a great selection of glasses. The last time I was there was to swap out the new glasses I got because I chose the wrong ones which gave me a horrible headache... and I couldn't find anything I liked so the woman who was helping me brought some glasses out that weren't on the shelves just yet, and I found the perfect pair! I just went in today to pick up my prescription sunglasses and Emily and Heather C were so helpful and just the sweetest people. I will literally never go anywhere else, and I always refer my not-so-visually-gifted friends here lol read more

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to this office today for my first eye exam in years. I had to bring my 6 year old son with me to my appointment and they had coloring books & a little play table to help keep him entertained while I filled out my paperwork & answered any questions the receptionist had for me. The wait from checking in to moving on to see the doctor was not long at all (5 or 10 minutes) and even the time spent with the doctor wasn't very long but I also felt very confident in her diagnosis and I left feeling excited that my vision issues will finally be cleared up!! Lastly, after I picked out which frames I thought suited me, I paid for the frames and the exam as a cash patient. Later in the evening I found out I have vision coverage on my insurance! so I called the office back and gave them my insurance information and they helped me figure out my vision plan and let me know that they would go ahead and bill the insurance and refund me back what i paid. The only issue I have with this office is it's so booked up it took a while to get an appointment, but that's a good sign everyone else wants to be seen by this office also!! read more

So it takes a month to get an appointment. I go in and the receptionist says "I can't find you in [your insurance]." It didn't occur to her to call me and say there was a problem in advance. She waited until I was standing there, having taken off a work day, to say she couldn't find me. She tried again while I stood there, by typing in my name. Now we know why she will always be just a receptionist. Instead of PICKING UP THE PHONE AND CALLING THE INSURANCE COMPANY, which anyone with half a brain would have done, she just shrugged. Shrugging away several hundred dollars worth of businesses by the way. I'll go to a different eye doctor, since no one else has any difficulty making the minimal effort to actually contact my insurer. Nice work, Antelope Mall Vision Center. read more
