Rent here! They are the Best. I had rented from this storage for 6mo & I have to give a 5 Star Rating. The Units are Clean Inside & on the property. Also the Best pricing has to offer. I took advantage of the pay the first month and every other month for free for 4 months. I wasn't a direct client, however my parents were since I think 2012. Due to a health issue and down sizing we decided to let the storage go (was all old office crap, and files) to help with living costs. Over the course of a few days we were able to clear out the unit to move forward. I was impressed by how clean the facility was. This might seem left field but most of these places have questionable activity going on throughout the day. I only know that because I used to service (landscaping) 9 facilities throughout Elk Grove, Roseville and Folsom. Anyway, the place was clean, no to low traffic and everyone was friendly!! I want to say thank you to Kathleen (if I'm off on name sorry), and the on site manager for their help in closing out the unit. I called in on my dad's behalf to take care of this (Alzheimer's), and they took care of everything and even let us slide a bit. It was an awkward call on my behalf because it was the first time I've had to step in for my dad because of the illness. The two ladies made me feel comfortable and I can't thank them enough! RATS!!! RATS!!! RATS!!! I had a unit here and sadly referred a family member to this storage because the staff is very kind and easy to work with. Sadly I went to my storage unit to pull out holiday items and noticed rat droppings EVERYWHERE!!! I believe the owners are FULLY aware of this issue and are not disclosing it to their customers BAD BUSINESS. I tossed out more than half of my belongings Years books, pictures, even my new WASHER AND DRYER (had dead rats in the washer)!! What recourse do I have? None! A simple apology will not replace the items I lost! To think I PAID to have my belongings destroyed sickens me! Because I referred family there I let them know immediately! They have been their less than a month, we went to go inspect their unit as well and sure enough just that quick there are already rat droppings on a very pricey couch and they have already eaten through the cushions. I would not be one bit surprised if eventually this place faces legal ramifications for knowingly renting these units and not doing nothing about their rat infestation! I have never dealt with something like this and just didn't even think to ask a simple question such as do you have rats? Don't get me wrong the staff there is GREAT but the reality is they are fully aware that they have rats and they are misleading their customers. Now instead of celebrating the holidays I am clearing out a storage unit and helping my family clear theirs out as well. DO NOT RENT STORAGE SPACE FROM THIS PLACE!! you will without a doubt be paying a hefty price for storing items that will indeed be overrun with rats! read more

I do not usually write reviews but I have had a storage unit at the facility for 10 years. I have never had a problem with the unit or the people running the office. They keep the grounds very clean. I have never had any rats or mice in my unit. All and all it is a great place to rent if you need short or long term storage. read more

RATS RATS RATS.... please be aware!!!! WARNING!!!! My unit was fine until everything I had in it was ruined by RATS... after being here for four months I noticed some rat turds and then I came back a week later and I notice a lot of my stuff was eaten up... I tried to let the management now and they just brushed it off... then I came back a month later and almost all my stuff was ruined... I open my storage in my eyes burnt because of the piss. I tried to let the managers know they told me that it's not a rat infestation it's probably just a couple that'll they will put down some sticky traps which I already had and they told me to not keep anything valuable in my storage oooohhhhkay?? and to not have food well I had none of that... but what I had is now gone furniture pictures clothing electronics my air mattress all my camping gear ATE BY RATS!!! They literally eat everything they ate my metal speakers they ate all wood chair and coffee table... after two months of having a rat problem they took $10 off of my monthly charge!!! My last straw was when I came to my storage to take what was left out that I could salvage and I was going through my clothes and there was actually a rat in one of the bags of my clothes nesting!! I was done !! I took what was left and I left the storage and I told them that it's their problem now .. they have been charging me for that storage unit for 3 months now and I told them by email it's there's sell it that it is not my responsibility anymore.. they told me they were going to let it go to lean but they keep charging me for ... WTF that's FRAD!!! they won't put it on lien!!! The only thing that's in there is all my stuff that's ruined by RATS and they know that!!! you people are horrible and NASTY. I have been a tenant for 2.5 years, the new management is much better; my customer service experience of late has been polite and courteous. Even willing to be accommodating and considerate under special circumstances, so I never leave feeling like I'm just than another bank account to suck dry. A rare and appreciated business philosophy, especially in the game of storage space rentals. The only downside is that the rates went up 10% and I didn't receive a notification, I think that's was because I hadn't updated my mailing address. Rates are fair though, facility is clean and well-kept. I wish the restroom was available when the office was closed. I recommend them above Public Storage and many others in the area. Closing my unit/account was a fiasco but it ended up not being their fault. I left a family member in charge of doing this and lets just say I wont do that again :/ The people there were very helpful in all this confusion. They had a locksmith come and take off the lock ( it had being lost) and I was able to clean out my unit since the person I had left in charge never did. My account was officially closed and late fees due to this confusion were erased. And now I can really be sure that its done for good! read more

RODENT INFESTATION!!!!!! Do not store belongings here, rodents ruined our leather chairs, bed, couch, and ate the insulation off of an empty freezer we had in one out of 2 units, our belongings were only there for less than a month. I contacted the managers about it and they were quick to respond that they do not cover rodent damage. I went back in and asked them for information on how they controlled for rodents, and they told me that I had to have the contract signer write in requesting the information as I was only an authorized entrant. I explained that I was trying to see if they actually did control for rodents to prevent us from pursuing any potential legal action, and at that point the lady manager literally LAUGHED at me and told me "good luck." Disgusting!!!! So many rat turds everywhere I turn. When opening the unit, almost passed out from the stench of rat shit and piss. Disgusting. I had a huge headache within 10'minutes being in there. Front people wouldn't open the bathroom for me so I had to walk to Starbucks down the street. But then I see them open for another person? I lost my keys to lock and had to have locksmith cut lock open. The owner was very friendly he gave me a new lock for free. Very clean environment. Prices are reasonable to. read more

While I only needed a 10" X 15" unit for 6 months, Antelope Storage fit the bill! I was able to reserve a unit online, which was important as it was the last one in the size that I needed. I set up autopay. And was able to meet people at the gate who could follow me into the secured area to buy items I was selling online. The office folks are very sweet and helpful! read more

They have no security cameras, no theft insurance, and an 8-10 inch gap at the top of the walls between units. I had over $500 in snowboarding gear stolen from my unit. They did nothing to solve the gap problem or reimburse me for my stolen possessions. You'd be better off leaving your stuff on the sidewalk with a sign reading, "Please don't steal." read more

Rented a small storage unit for a few items and it was very reasonable. When I closed my unit I even got a partial refund for the days not used for the month. Excellent customer service not at all like the "Big Storage Unit Companies"! read more
