She did all the paperwork quickly and efficiently. She took all the pictures and gave us the keys. In and out in about 10-15 minutes. Truck return took even less time. Next problem is when I got into the truck the trucks gas meter was nearly on E! I finished moving furniture and returned the truck 1hr earlier than the return time. The worker was out front and when I parked I asked him do you want me to drive it in or will you do it? He said "I got you brother" and he drove it in and I drove away to continue my move. Guess what? "They lost the key" for three days. I was called by uhaul themselves asking where the key was! I'm like what? The worker drove the truck in himself, check the cameras. It was confirmed that he did. I did not receive my final bill until the 4th day which was another inconvenience because they took $100 as a deposit. It was all unprofessional, absolutely an inconvenience and I only got half my money back. The manager was great and that's why I'm giving 1 star but past that terrible experience.
