The layout makes you do a bit of zigzagging to get where you need to go, but once you figure it out, the savings at the pump make the extra turns worth it. The attendant was standing near the store entrance, engaged in conversation with another employee. She saw me walk up but continued talking, leaving me waiting unnecessarily before she finally came over to take my payment. Incident 2 - Collecting my change: After pumping gas, I returned to the register. The attendant had already started processing another customer's order when that customer decided to exchange an item. Rather than canceling the transaction and reprocessing it, she made me stand there and wait until the customer returned with the exchanged goods. Both situations reflect poor judgment and a lack of respect for customers' time. I strongly suggest management review their service protocols.
