I was picked up on time and arrived early enough to have a Bloody Mary! I was not certain when I would return; so that was left open. When I knew the return schedule; I sent Jerry a text letting him know the specifics. He responded to my text letting me know there was a schedule contact - and he would take care of things and there was nothing to worry about. That is exactly what happened. Upon landing I had a text message from the driver Jerry had arranged. Things worked out perfectly. This service has my highest recommendation ...schedule conflict...not "contact." ;-)

Upon short final I was able to makeout the ground crews due to their uniformed high visibility shirts. Offloaded crew and instantly got fuel with a ride over to the FBO. Talking with the same attendant, Deangelo from phone call earlier, I was able to procure a crew car to grab food and given several good suggestions. After getting food and returning, I waited in the pilot lounge with the most amazing massage chair experience. 10/10 best FBO experience I've had while working EMS. I hope to have many more calls that take me here.

I always love stopping in here as they are not only friendly, but they have a Keurig machine on the counter with plenty of condiments all gratis. They also have some snacks and a kiosk for self service. I've flown out of here two times, and have never had anything other than perfect service and friendliness.
