Went in for a simple resize on my fiancés engagement ring. Absolutely destroyed the band, left it out of round, with a visible line at the solder joint, and with a bump on the inside of the ring. Had to send back to the original jewler for repair and was told the entire band would have to be remade due to the complete hack job of a 'resize' Anthony did to the ring. My fiancé is beyond distraught by such a terrible job that resulted in a destroyed ring that will now cost $350 to repair on top of Anthony charging over 100 to resize the ring. read more

On my mother's diamond earrings, he replaced the screw on earring posts with easier slide on secure ones. He has replaced an opal in a ring as well that looked terrific when it was finished. Excellent Service. It so happened that customers just left and the store was empty when I walked in. This was my first time in the store. I was there to have a simple battery replacement for my watch. The process was quick: it felt like I was in and out for about 3 minutes (or maybe less). Mr. Anthony was friendly and welcoming.
