What I appreciated is that my contact (José) always answered the phone and gave me a detailed update every time I called. He went out of his way to source the back ordered part from a dealer in Sawgrass and chase the other dealers for the right parts. A lot of places in Miami would just ignore you if things were delayed, and I'm sure it would have taken twice as long without him pushing things along.

I was NOT banking on the price being doubled after they advised me they couldn't repair my door and needed to replace it. I wish I could comment as to their work but after keeping my car the entire day, their doubling the written estimate caused me to have to go pick it up and go elsewhere.

I went last week to have some warranty work done on my Mustang GT. I was surprised to find out that Vince sold the business and retired. I spoke with Paul who was friendly and knowledgeable. I explained that Vince had painted the car in 2016 and again in 2022 when paint started to fade (same issue now). Vince took care of the problem because it was some poor quality or inferior paint or prep. No issues ever dealing with Vince, he was a man of his word. Paul looked at the car and immediately called the owner (Rick). He then told me YES we will cover it, but I need the original Invoice which I had at home. I return the next day with the invoice in hand and the story has changed and the dance begins... Rick is nowhere to be found even after I am told he is on his way. Paul comes to see me and I give him a copy of the invoice. He then says "warranty is for only 5 years"... I say OK, but it was repainted in 2022 so I have warranty till 8/2027! He said Rick will review and call me. I said, yesterday you said it would be covered and that all you needed was the original invoice... He looked at me and said Rick will contact you. Well its been over a week and no word from Rick! Again, I don't know if they do good work, but customer service is lacking, verbal agreements & promises are not kept and more importantly an owner that does not call back potential customers.

Because I had a…read morevery bad experience in this place, the service is very bad and they only care about money, they had my car for almost 21 days, and when they delivered it to me, they had put pieces of a different color to my car, they had changed the camera system of my mirror and they did not even configure it or checked if it worked correctly. I had to return the car and after several days I called them and they told me that It was ready and they hadn't painted the piece, then, in the afternoon they told me they had not painted it because they wanted my insurance to pay them again for the work they does wrong. I was a little nervous to see my car at first, but let me tell you that my car doesn't even look like it was ever in an accident. They did nice and very clean work. My car looks like I just bought it and the paint matches perfectly. I recommend them 100%. They're very professional and have everything in order. They communicated with me every single step of the way. They even wiped the car down on the interior before I got it back. I'm very happy with their service and work. He took my money after I told him I was in a rush to get the car fix I had used my credit card bc insurance process was taking too long he told me the car was going to be fixed in 1 week it just the bumper and sencors that it will order and fix it and he never called or text and after a week I went called and he told me he will get it done by the end of the upcoming week. every time I go there there car was just parked there and never been touched so I kept the taking videos and pictures so I can send to a lawyer and then when I called him he told me he already reset the engine and the he order the parts and the car was going to be fixed on Saturday after having the car for 3 weeks. and then I called on Tuesday nothing he was avoiding my call so I went there and started getting mad that is when he finally looked at the car and the problem he told me the car had before that wasn't what happened it wasn't the engine at all. and then after charging me 7931$ to fix the car he told me my engine is fine I have to go buy some parts with my own money and then he will install them for me literally after paying him that much.and he diagnosed the car for the wrong thing. and then when I reached to another shop my job referred me to he didn't want to pay me back right away he was telling me to wait a week. so I got mad at him that is when he accepts to pay back but still tried to charge me and given me a check that was missing some of my money when I said I won't take it he paid me back everything and the shop who took my car from them already had the car running they are just waiting for the bumper to come in to finish the car and they only charged me 4k .
