The original issues still aren't fixed, and now the A/C won't switch from the floor vents--I have no defrost and no air from the center vents, which makes the truck unsafe to drive. I've dropped my truck off over 15 times, including leaving it for a full week, and now they're saying it's something new. On top of that, I just found out they lost the hardware that holds the center console down. Seriously? The staff constantly changes, and everyone claims they've "only been there two weeks." No one knows what's going on. It's been 5 months, and they still can't fix my vehicle. This place is full of incompetence, excuses, and flat-out lies. I'm reporting this to corporate and the Better Business Bureau. I will never return and strongly warn others to stay away from this location.

Was told I needed a major tune up. Cost was around $1200. 2 days later my check engine light was back on. Went back and had to leave my car because they couldn't figure out why. Ended up having to pay for a rental because the issue was now I needed throttle bodies and they had to be ordered. Ok and now another over $1000. Before I even got home the light was back on. Went back and was told needed a catalytic converter and another $3000. Well of course I went somewhere else and had that replaced. Then the braking system went down and replaced and then the charging system and was replaced. Then the transmission started acting up. Took it to what is now my new go to place and did a full diagnostic. When the new throttle bodies were put on, they failed to relearn the sensors to the new parts. So each system was breaking down due to this! Here I am out of thousands of dollars all because they failed to complete that simple process. So grateful for my new place and them getting my vehicle back to running how she was when I bought her! Been going through this for months, But God!

This nightmare has been the BEST Blessing of the millennium ‼ Trying to find a repair shop on a Holiday, a thousand miles from "Home," being warned NOT to drive my Precious Lincoln by all internet informatics- absolute outlook being gloomy; I woke New Year's Day searching, being told (when I DID find an open shop) that my MKT needed dealership care- I reached out to Premier Automotive Specialists..... My Nightmare immediately turned into a dream come true. Josh was confident that THEY could take great care with my car anything and everything would be just fine. They offered towing if necessary, and (unbelievably) immediate service!!! This Connecticut girl actually got her car started and followed her friend on over to Ooltewah to Little Debbie Parkway and The Best ( most beautiful) Sight of the New Year's ever! I've never seen or experienced anything like THIS place. I felt like I was at a five star hotel. Good service but way overpriced…read more Paid $1000 for work that should've cost around $360 according to online search. While waiting for the work to be completed the rep pressured me heavily for getting another repair done that should've cost another $350 but he quoted me $1000 and pressured me heavily to get it done. I had to decline two or three times before he accepted "no" for an answer. The waiting area was clean and everyone else I dealt with was pleasant. But I felt like I was getting ripped-off with a smile.
