First of all I should say this place is very clean and well maintained.. but what's the point if the quality is bad .. I went to this place on Sunday to get a regular mani done. I totally understand that the regular mani doesn't last for long but you can expect atleast a week? Here the polish lasted only for a day which is ridiculous. When I called the place to ask for touch up the owner was rude and said that she can't guarantee and that they wouldn't do touch up. I had regular mani done in many places with OPI products and it lasted me atleast a week or more. I went here with my mom to get pedicures before my wedding day and we had a great experience! The place was clean and spacious. We had our own section and were able to sit by each other. I really really wanted to like this place. Very clean. Nice atmosphere and It's so close to my home. I've gotten 3 pedicures there and each one was subpar. I chalked the 1st 2 pedis being less than perfect to covid and it being slow. The second one had weirdly uneven gel polish. The most recent time I went there I was up-charged for basic callus removal because I think the tech didn't want to work hard to get them off (they weren't that bad). It came to $58 for a pedicure (plus $12 tip) and today my feet look dried out and are still rough. I can do it myself, but that's not the point. Will I come back here again - Maybe because it's so close but it's definitely expensive and not my favorite. read more

I've been coming to this nail spa for over a year now and I absolutely love it! Tammie is beyond a pro at what she does but she's also the epitome of professional and respectful! Not to mention she has such a great personality that time flies when you're having a conversation with her! Ive always been satisfied with my nails and get so many compliments on them. I've been going here for over a year and to be honest I've had a couple of poor experiences but not bad enough to stop me from coming. Bella started doing my nails a few months ago and won't see anyone else now. The customer service is excellent with Mae and her team and I always feel welcome. Took my daughter and her friend to get full set acrylics with gel before we headed to the beach for a week. The ladies were very nice, the place is super clean and they took their time doing the nails. 5 days later one of my daughter friend's nail falls. We are already at the beach and cannot go back to the salon. Day 6 my daughter's nails start falling. Day 7 my daughter lost all her acrylics and her friend only has two on one hand and three on the other. Called the salon on day 7 and Katherine, the receptionist, was very kind and told me to call when we are in town and they would get their nails done again for free. Told her I wanted to talk to the manager to make sure this was going to happen. Mai, the manager, told me that unfortunately they are not responsible for their work after 7 days, she offered me 30% off for our next visit and when I asked her if she can guarantee this won't happen again, she said she couldn't. She said she would have to see the nails to really know what happened, that my daughter might have ripped them offI told her that I could send her photos and the only reason I can't take them in is because we are not town. She was set on only offering a 30%off for our next visit. Don't think I want to spend $160 again in that salon even with a discount. read more

I was really happy when I found this place. It was close to my gym and the staff was ok. My manicure the first time was great. The second time I came I ended up getting an infection. I went to the doctor and they said it was from wherever I got my nails done. The inside is beautiful but what's the point if u end up getting infected. Time to find a new nail place! read more

I was very impressed with the nail salon as it was a recommendation from a colleague. I went in for a gel manicure and a spa pedicure. Kim took care of me and she was very nice. After 1 week of my gel manicure, the gel started to peel off so I called the salon and they said sure come in we will repair it. They never once stated that the repair wasn't free since it is in most nail salons especially since the tech did not let my nails dry longer in the machine. I have never had this happen to me and was shocked that they still charged me $31.00 to get the nails repaired. Customer service comes first and communication to your customers upfront of the cost would be helpful. Needless to say they lost me and several other customers because of this. read more

I wanted to try this place since it just opened up. It's beautiful inside. It's pretty large and they offer a variety of services. I was greeted immediately by the receptionist who was very nice. I didn't have an appointment, I was a walk-in but they took me back immediately. My nail tech was Mimi and I decided to get the dip powder manicure (first time trying it). I was on a time crunch and did let her know. She said she would try to accommodate me. So why I'm rating it 3 stars is I wasn't happy with my end result. My nails look to thick on top. I asked for a glitter design that ended up looking nothing like the picture I showed her. My nails look uneven on top and not well done. I paid $40 and will probably me taking them off today. I would have asked her to fix it but I was already running late. I also never got my cuticles cut, she just used the nail grinder machine to do so. She never applied any lotion or other product at the end. My friends have come here and there nails look amazing so it might just be the tech I had. I'll have to see if I wanna try them again. Management reached out to me immediately and offered to fix my nails. I just finished getting them done again. I couldn't be more happier. Mai did my nails and they look amazing. She was so sweet and took her time with me. I will definitely go back to her and get my nails done. I really loved the location and facility and now I love the service! read more

I decided to try this salon out. Got my nails done on Friday and it's now Tuesday and they look like I've had them done over a week ago. I was very disappointed with the nail tech that I got Mimi I believe her name was. I came in with my shape of nails square which I've done for years and without asking me she completely changed the shape to oval. I had asked her to make them short and by the time I realized what she had done, I asked her to make them more square as you can see from the picture she was barely able to do that cause of how much she had already ruined my nails. She was also a bit rough with my nails I left with my fingers throbbing from how short they were. I also had asked her to paint my nails to the edge which she totally just ignored. She made a very loud and rude comment regarding my cuticles and started blatantly talking about my friend and me in her native tongue right in front of us. Jennifer was attentive to both my pedicure and dipping powder manicure. My manicure has been outlasting my pedicure and all looks good two weeks plus! The pedicure tub used a disposable plastic sink cover which I approve of. I'm actually not a huge fan of over the top decor but having a free soda was a nice touch. If I had my choice though I'd rather prefer quality nail products during the treatment than a choice to drink wine or champagne. They offer OPI along with other lesser known brands for regular, gel, and dipping powder. I had a relaxing spa pedicure with steamed towels and paraffin treatment. If there was anything I might of been nervous about was the callous remover Bc I knew I had buildup but didn't want to remove too much as it would hurt after. Thankfully I was heard and we paused removal. Two weeks plus my heels still look clean and smooth. Jennifer was soft spoken, gentle and attentive to my nails and I've never had them grow this long before with powder on them. I guess I will have to go back and get them removed professionally as I don't want to weaken my nails and pull them off. Make sure you leave plenty of time to get your nails done as it is not a rush job. I can't speak to the abilities of the other techs but there seems to be a variety of techs and the customers seemed happy to me. I'll be coming back. read more

Definitely the best nail salon in the area! Very clean with courteous, professional staff that speak English well and are always happy and smiling. They take appointments and walk-ins and I never have to wait for either. I like how they take credit cards and are able to put the nail technician's tip on the card. Highly recommend as a birthday party spot for little girls! We brought 7 little friends for manicures and pedicures and the salon could easily accommodate all the girls at once without getting in the way of other patrons. read more

I have been coming to this salon since it opened in December of 2017. I've had my nails done by many different techs (Serena & Tammy are my favorites), and have never had a bad experience. From the moment I walk in, I'm immediately welcomed and offered something to drink (they have champagne!). The tech is always happy to help me pick my color if I'm not sure what I want, and without making me feel rushed. They make sure to "check in" with me several times during the manicure and ask if I like the shape, length, color, etc. I feel like most of the bad reviews were written by people who are literally impossible to please. If you're going to be outrageously picky, do your own nails at home! Out of the 10+ people I've recommended to come here, not a single one has ever had a complaint, and they all go regularly. read more

I've been coming here for over a year but unfortunately the standards have slipped so much that I will not anymore. I love the look of the salon but don't be fooled-the quality of the manicures and pedicures have taken a turn for the worst. After telling one of the nail technicians that I had clear gel (or glue) on a broken toe nail so that she could take off from a prior pedicure she confidently told me that I hadn't as she continued to speak to the receptionist of the work drama and customer issues (insane!) they had the entire 2 hours I was there. The conversation was so bad that at 1 point the receptionist asked if they were annoying me as they proceeded to giggle. I came back a few times after this thinking their service would get better not even knowing that I was walking around with clear gunk on my toe nail that was painted over and none of their technicians corrected this until I went to another nail salon who confirmed I had old clear gel left on for months. Completely unsanitary and extremely lazy and unacceptable. They do not care about the health of your nails let alone cleanliness. Lastly-If you get dip powder manicures do not allow them to use the electric filer they will over file your nail so thin it will end up hurting and leaving your nails left like paper. The place is absolutely beautiful inside. 24 pedicure chairs from what I saw and countless nail stations for getting your nails done. So manyyyy! There's def more stations than workers or customers so there potential for it to handle a high demand. I was crazy about the nail tech I ended up with... I respect and will be a repeat customer to individuals that a not only great at their job and what they do but also ones that are honest. Don't come at me with mess just because your sole purpose is to take my money. Period. I will see it and you will not make money off me in the long run because I won't be doing business with you again and have no problem saying "no, I don't want you, I want her" to your face. Those are the breaks. I say all this because the lady was pressuring me into getting a pedicure and my eyebrows done - when that's not what I came in there for AND I JUST GOT A PEDICURE AND MY BROWS THREADED WITHIN 5 DAYS OF WALKING IN THERE. If that ain't a hot mess to just take my money like you don't give a damn, I don't know what is. My toes and brows were flawless by the way - so don't even go there. Anywho - I repeatedly said no and she finished my nails and I was on my way. Would I go back? Maybe because the location is convenient. Would I allow her to do my nails again? This nail place does a good job on gel nails however, when I was choosing my nail color the girl doing my nail was very pushy because I couldn't decide even though I had just walked in. When I was getting my nails done she was very polite but I could tell they were talking about me because they would say something then turn and look at me. Then once I was done they were drying and I guess they were just in a rush for me to leave but then a man who works there (who didn't do my nails)just stands beside me and stares and my nails then goes in the drawer and takes out cuticle oil places in on top of my nails and then said I can go. Once I stepped in my car, I looked down at my nails and they were all messed up. But besides that my young daughter who got gel for the first time was next to me and I said "no cuticles please" and I looked over from my seat and saw her doing her cuticles and I said "I said no cuticles" repeatedly and then she continued doing it so then I let her but usually they give you a massage with lotion and the girl did not do that and I was charged more then what I usually get charged because I come here often and it is the same every time except today and they charged a full manicure for my daughter even though it wasn't supposed to be. read more

The owner saw it and offered me an opportunity to come back so they can fix it. She shouldn't have charged me after sitting one hour on that chair. read more

I've been to this shop a total of three times since it opened. I had Mimi the first two times and she is wonderful. She was sweet and held a conversation with me. I wanted to keep seeing her but I'm always up for giving others a try. My third time was the absolute worst time at any nail place. The lady that I saw, I don't remember her name, but she fed my nails so much to the point where I was bleeding. She knew I was in some pain and then put alcohol on me without a warning. Talk about a stinging sensation!!! But at least she could have explained why that was happening. I let that go. Then she starts making fun of my nails. I get it, I don't have the best looking nails, but you're really making fun of your customer in front of her to other people?! She would call other employees over and hold my hand up to them. I knew something was up. I happened to go with a friend who was Vietnamese. She happened to tell me (after we left the shop) that they were super disrespectful the whole time and had the audacity to even ask my friend to not say anything to me. At the end, my nails did look good, except for one of them. But this service was not worth $60. No matter how good they looked, not worth it.
