Exceptional service from the ladies at this nail spa! Both Hannah and Vivi worked with me at the same time, one doing my pedi and the other doing my gel mani. They were so sweet and had great conversation with them. They took their time and made my nails look great. I'm also highly impressed with the level of cleanliness and organization shown here! You see all of the sanitizing machines lined up in the back corner. For my pedi, they used the liner in the tub without me asking. Everything was exceptional. I liked this salon for pedicures, however I was there two weeks ago, and I noticed one of the technicians was sorting the trash after someone else's pedicure. I saw her put a used bag of paraffin wax outside of the garbage can. I thought this was strange so I asked if they reuse the wax. She told me they do! That is not ok, I am there under the impression everything is sanitary, and I find out they are reusing wax with everyone's dead skin and toe cheese in it. I won't go there again. I was in the area last week and had time to kill so I decided to get a quick pedicure. The service and pedicure itself was great, but the technician cut too close on my big toe while doing my cuticles and it was definitely noticeable immediately. I've had something similar happen before so I didn't think anything of it. It started to hurt worst that night but I figured it just needed a bit to heal. Flash forward 3 days later I'm at urgent care for a CRAZY bad infection and on antibiotics. It's so painful I can barely put weight on my foot. I know things happen and I'm willing to look past the cut during the service but the infection afterward concerns me about the tools they were using. I went to have my dip powder removed and they only removed about 80% of it. She told me I was all set and on my way I went. When I got home I realized how many little chunks of the dip powder were still all over my nails. I ended up buying acetone myself and removing it. It was a waste of my time and money. read more

This place is insanely good!! My sister introduced me to this place and I have been going ever since. I'm ALWAYS happy with my nails after because they are very detailed oriented and always fix the tiny tiny mistakes. I've shown them complex designs and they make my nails almost identical, and they never fail to be friendly. My sister went in a couple times to get her nails fixed after she went to the beach and Tiffany fixed them for her free of charge. She felt bad that they fell off so soon, although this doesn't happen everytime this is the type of service people love. I've gotten pedicures done there and i've noticed they don't rush, they take their time on massaging your feet and getting everything just right! I have tried many nail salons, but the New ( new owners folks) Lili's Nails In Leesburg is by far the best, especially if you are looking for absolutely fabulous pedicures. I have had Lisa do my nails, give me pedicures, had facial parts waxed and was delighted with every service. Prices are competitive with other Leesburg Salons. The salon is spotless, products are quality products, the atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. I was at This location before the new owners took over late last year. I was not happy with the services. However, the new Lili's Nails is far superior in every way. So if you tried Lili's Prior to November of 2017 and we're less than happy, then you should give the new Lili's another try. You won't be disappointed. read more

Well, where do I begin? I came here long ago when a nail tech named Mimi worked here (she was the best). Then, she moved and I went to another salon. I stayed there for years until that tech left (yes, she did). So, I bounced around for a bit, trying to find a good nail tech that would understand and meet my needs. I have been getting a fill and regular pedicure for years. So, I decided to go back to this place and give them a try. I started with a nail tech named Finie, she was super sweet and did a great job on my nails. And, she moves, quits, or whatever happened to her, since they don't tell you. They just go silent and say that she is no longer working there. I was so disappointed, so I moved again to Lotus nail salon where I stayed for about 2yrs or so. Well, if you see my review on that one, you will know why I left there. So, I came back here and read reviews on Tiffany, so I went to her and she did a good job about 3x I had her, she then started being kind of rude, she excused every time that she was running late by telling me that she was short on staff. Well, why overbook? why not be honest with your clientele and instead of trying to scam clients and make them wait a long time, just be honest with yourself and say "I cant take anymore". I have always made appointments, and if I ever ran late or couldn't make it in, I would always be kind to let them know. Well, on Mother's day I called and made an appt. with her and asked for a reg Pedi/fill, what happens? she was way too busy, taking walki-ns and overbooked that she told me she didn't have time for my pedicure. I was livid! So, livid that I didn't tip her. She didn't deserve it, she was rude about the whole incident and asked me to come back another day. I was like "NO". Well, my dumb self decided to come back 1 day and try a tech named Anna, she is good, I won't take that away from her. So, I recently brought my daughter in with me the last few times, not only did they overprice her and me but they were rude as can be (this time both). We had made appts. in advance, so we not only had to wait on them while they took their time with the clients that were there before us but then as they finished our hands, they make us wait again because Anna needed to take her next appointment (as I had an appt. with her for Pedi/fill), then Tiffany went to take care of someone else's toes, as my daughter and I waited. We were waiting on them for a while, what was Tiffany's excuse again? they were short-staffed. Really? Again? it gets better, we finally go to the end and what do you think happens? they start talking crap about us, the one that did my toes NOT Anna, starts telling my daughter that she needs to be charged more, while Tiffany in the back is saying something different. Then, Anna tells me that because I went to a different nail salon prior to coming in, she had to charge me $5 extra to undo the fill that someone else had done! Are you serious? like for real? so their prices online aren't what they are charging you in person, they are also taking advantage of you if you let them. I was charged more this time for the same thing that I have gotten for a year or so now, Anna kept mentioning that I had gone to another place before I came back to see her. So what? My daughter's toes didn't match her hands, their nail polishes are dry as dry gets, they don't ever buy new colors, they don't make you feel welcome there, more like a burden and just a business. I don't know who the owner is or if I have ever seen her there, but I am hoping that she will respond to this email. I will never go back, Anna is good but she stood there and argued with me about going someplace else and charging me extra because of that and then arguing with my daughter about how she didn't make us wait, she completely switched on me in the middle of my appointment to take care of her next client. That is not how you run a business. Also, the excuse of them being short-staffed is gotten old. If you really are, then don't overbook. It is as simple as that! If I were you, I would look around for a much better place. I don't recommend this place at all. read more

I have a handful of nail salons I go to, deciding on one or the other only because of proximity when I realize "Woah, I need a pedicure NOW". Well folks, those days are over. Until I relocate next Spring, I will continue going to LiLi's for all of my mani/pedi needs. For $29 I received a pedicure, a parrafin wax dip, and seriously, at least 2 minutes of massage on each lower leg and foot...TWICE. Once with scrub before the parrafin, once with lotion after. I was shocked at how well my feet and legs were taken care of. And the girl, Lucy (?) was just as sweet as can be. The BEST part: I smudged my polish after leaving, so 2 hours later (after I was done with my interview) I went back to have it touched up. They refused to charge me and Lucy REFUSED the tip! She just would not have it. She takes pride in her work, and really just wanted me to be a happy client. I adore her, and adore this salon. It was also clean, which is a huge plus! This is generous!!!!! I normally have my nails done at another salon which happened to be closed today. I stopped in LILI because it is close to my house and I was in the same shopping center as the salon. I simply needed to have the underside of my acrylic nails cleaned up. The person I spoke with didn't understand what I wanted done and after explaining to at least 3 other people I waited 10 minutes to be served. After a feeble attempt to clean up my nails and at least 2 tries they charged me $10 dollars for 10 minutes of nothing accomplished. After checking my nails when I got to my car I returned and they had no idea why I was so unhappy. Unfortunately, I was not the only unhappy customer. I ended up going to Jolle Nails to have this simple task accomplished at 1/2 the price. Don't waste your money on this shoddy salon. read more

I have never had issues with my manicures or pedicures. They have been pretty good. The issue I have are the pedicure chairs. They are so old that they are uncomfortable. I asked if they were going to get new chairs ever and the lady said no. It would be much more enjoyable if you were comfortable. Update the equipment and the experience will be more pleasureable. The place would look less run down as well. Other then that, they are friendly and efficient. read more

Beware- all tools and nail files are shared with all the customers. Nothing is cleaned, let alone sterilized. My mom and I went for mani/pedis and I specifically asked for a new nail file before they started on my FEET. The woman couldn't find one after searching through various drawers and cabinets. (So you might have toenail dust used on your fingers) When it was time for my mani, I noticed other people's clipped nails in the tray she was using. Seriously? Other peoples cut off nails? The tools were left there after my mani to be used on the next unsuspecting customer. Hygiene? Will never go back. Save yourself a nail fungus and shop around for a place that actually cleans their tools between customers! read more

I feel really terrible having to write anything negative about anywhere, but I felt like after the experience I had with something so basic being done terribly, I should say something. I went in on a whim, and I don't often get my nails done. I went with my sister to get her ready for her homecoming, and I decided to give this place a try. Everyone seemed friendly but a little reserved which is fine, but when it got down to the actual manicure, the person who was doing my nails (a man who's name I cannot remember) nipped a good piece past my cuticle on my hand. I was ok with that, I mean accidents happen...but I realized that he cut much further than my natural cuticle was. He also was cutting...and PULLING which seemed strange to me. He apologized and kept going. I was starting to get uncomfortable with the intensity he was treating my hands with...and he clipped me too far again TWICE. My right hand cuticles on three of my fingers are so sore right now, and one is getting infected. I only had a manicure with a clear coat, and everything he put on those fingers stung. :/ I didn't say anything, which I regret now. When I got a better look at my hands, it was uneven and something I could have done at home. I corrected everything at home with my nail clippers and three bandages with neosporin. :/ I wouldn't suggest this place, or maybe he was having an off day, but still, this is a basic manicure. I didn't pay to get my fingers mangled. I work in the food industry, so I look forward to a week of pain and embarrassment. :/ read more

I can say that we have visited many salons in the area and the customer service at this one is the absolute worst! We felt like we were being rushed out the door. And since we weren't regulars nobody talked to us or made us feel welcome. The gentleman who did my manicure didn't even use do hand and arm Massage which I always look forward to. We asked repeatedly to have our eyebrows done. And we waited and waited and nobody took us back so we left. Also I believed we were way over charged but we were in such a hurry to get out. I rarely EVER give any business a bad review unless it is justified. This shop has now turned over to a new owner but the name remained the same. Saw a sign out front mani and pedi $36, my 14 year old daughter wanted to do the shellac and get a pedi so thought great deal. I walked in and I clearly asked the man if the shellac was part of the mani and pedi $36 package advertised. He said yes, I said are you sure? He said yes, so I went ahead and had my daughter pick out her colors. Sat there for almost 2 hours, granted the girl that did her nails was great, a tad slow but did do a great job. Went to pay and the man says it will be $65.I said What?! You said $36 and I was VERY clear as to what services we were wanting. He basically told me what I wanted to hear to get me into the shop then pulled a fast one on me once services were completed. I was livid and told him I would never return again. I feel I was mislead. I would never pay $65 for a 14 year to have her nails done. I paid it and tipped the girl since it was not her fault. NEVER will I return to this shop again!!!!!
