Left in tears because they messed up my eyebrows so bad. Huge chunk from eyebrow was completely missing. Still tipped but I honestly should've asked for a refund. I only went here because my usual place was closed and it was conveniently by Whole Foods. Sure maybe the nail services are fine but I have never had my eyebrows been done so unprofessionally. This was my second time visiting this salon, and unfortunately it will be my last. During my first visit, the nails were done so poorly that I had to contact the manager, who scheduled another appointment to have the gel removed and redone from scratch. I decided to give the salon a second chance this week, but I had another disappointing experience. The nail technician did not do the design or shape I asked for. When I politely pointed out the issues, she became visibly upset and continued working with a bad attitude. At the end of the appointment, she sighed loudly in my face, which I found very unprofessional. Now, only one week later, several of my nails are already breaking because they were made too thin, and the shape is uneven and crooked. I paid for professional work and did not receive it. I also have photos showing the quality of the nails after just one week. I cannot recommend this salon based on my experience. read more

Gel mani/basic pedi. Great service, the place is so cute and relaxing. Tam was very nice and did a wonderful job with my nails, even working with and injury on my middle finger! Only down side is I think they didn't give my feet truly a chance to soak, my heels still feel kinda rough (maybe I wait to long between appointments..lol) Updated to lower the rating. The person who had my mom rushed through. They tried to encourage a gel mani but she didn't want that, then they didn't put the top coat on but sat her in a corner to dry. She was done way before me, sat there for a good 20 minutes to dry and all was well so we left. Less than an hour later the polish is chiping and losing shape. Wow. I've been getting my nails done regularly for over five years, and I've been to countless salons -- but I've never left one feeling as hurt and disrespected as I did today. The person who did my nails, Tim, made me feel completely belittled and patronized throughout the entire appointment. I chose a specific base color, and when I asked if the color he was using was the one I had picked, he said it was -- but that it would just "look different" on a nail than on the sample. When I told him I didn't like how it turned out, he contradicted himself and said it was a different color than the one I had originally chosen. I had clearly said I wanted a blue base, but instead, I was given a sheer gray that looked nothing like what I asked for. I tried to politely suggest a solution so I could leave feeling better about my nails, but he shut me down immediately, saying it would look "ugly and chunky." He made me feel like I was being a burden just for wanting to feel good about something I was paying for. He told me I was wasting time and that I needed to "hurry up and decide and that I was wasting time trying to decide." My nails on each hand look different from the other hand and look nothing like the picture. I left feeling really small, and honestly, pretty heartbroken. I've never been treated like this in a salon before. As a paying customer -- and just as a person -- I deserved more kindness and respect. My nail technician rushed my appointment to fit in a girl after me. She didn't remove all my old polish which wouldn't be an issue if she took the polish all the way to the edge of the nail and covered it. She didn't remove the gel dust before putting new polish on so all the inclusions got in the polish and left spots. She flooded the cuticle line so my nails don't have clean lines. She tried drying my nails with two lamps at the same time to rush things along and took my hands out before the timer was done. And she massaged my hand with lotion without washing the gel particles off. I spoke with the owner and he gave me 10% off but said I could have my next service covered. I shouldn't have to come back for a discount for poor service. read more

In general, I'm an Anthony Vince fan. My friends and I really like that the pedicure chairs are grouped together, 3 facing 3, so we can go together and still be able to chat. LOVE the massage chairs. This visit, we were able to get a group reservation on a Saturday, kind of last minute. When we got there, it was a bit chaotic, but once we were seated, it was nice. We fired up our chairs and got our feet to soaking. The other girls booked pedis only, but I wanted a gel soak off and my nails done as well. The tech recommended a dip instead, and I figured I'd give it a shot. I was a bit taken aback that, unlike a gel mani, they charge only for the dip powder application - an actual manicure is an additional $10. So for less than 5 minutes, I paid an extra $10. I'm not exactly arguing the price, but why would you just get powder applied without having your nails and cuticles fixed up? Between my nails and toes I was nicked 4 times, so wasn't thrilled. My skin was pretty dry and I had been working on my cuticles at home earlier in the week, but it was still a lot of pinches. The dip looks great and is holding up well. it's a little thick at the edges, so I can feel it, but it looks good. Love the gunmetal color. read more

Do not book with Molly. She was so rude, smacking my hand because I wasn't "relaxed." She also did not do a good job with my nails. I've been a customer here for years. The technicians can sometimes (but rarely) be hit or miss, but the service and offerings are wonderful. I don't have these services often (I consider them a special treat), but when I do, one can tell that they want to make you feel special and lovely. They go the extra mile to ask you detailed questions, making sure that they are giving you what you'd like. However, my dip nails have cracked 3x in two weeks exactly. I went in for two nail fixes (which were complimentary) and now a new nail has cracked. Mani/pedi looked fine, but... Got a mani/pedi with a group of 6. The staff seemed very confused about the times we were arriving even though we booked in advance. Shouldn't the client, service, and time be written down somewhere for them to reference? During the pedicure, the technician cut too much skin, hurting me, and making me bleed. Moved on. Accidents happen. During my manicure after, the same technician cut too much skin, hurting me, and making me bleed. You would think she'd learn. She pulled out a white crayon looking stick and pressed it on the cuts and immediately put it back in her cup of tools with my visible blood on it. Eww. Both cuts are red and painful a couple days later. Just hoping I don't get an infection. Not returning. read more

I don't get my nails done often. So when I do it's usually for something special. My junior prom I wanted to get my nails done and I wanted somewhere close. I've had friends who have gone here so I thought why not. This place was the worst place I've ever gotten my nails done. I showed my tech the design and he agreed and started doing my nails. I've played violin for years and as a result of that I have carpel tunnel in my hands and have trouble relaxing them. I kid you not multiple times during my appointment this man got my hand to get me to relax it. I was doing my best. His tone got quite aggressive multiple times and he treated me like I was an idiot. I know how to sit still and to let people work. Towards the end I was putting my hand under the uv light to harden it and accidentally hit a nail on it and my tech snapped at me saying careful in a quite annoyed tone as if I'd been doing that consistently throughout the appointment (which I hadn't). Once he was done I looked at my nails and saw they were crooked and uneven and the shape was not good. I was very close to crying. Then to top it all off it was extremely expensive. They charged extra for using a card and then they wanted a tip on top of the over a hundred dollars I had just spent on my nails that I didn't love. I have sense gone to a different place that I truly love. I do not recommend going here. They're overpriced, the staff is rude and not very well trained. There are much better nail spas around here. The staff is super friendly and accommodating, plus they have a massive amount of color options to choose from. By Monday afternoon I already had chips on my toes and hands were also peeling off. It's now one week later and 4/10 hands gel manicure have completely peeled off. I'm so disappointed in my nails from Anthony Vince. I got the first set, the orange, less than two weeks ago on May 9th. By May 19th, four tips popped off. After the first tip came off, I went in and paid for a repair and didn't think too much about it. After the second tip, I knew something was wrong. The manager comped this repair, told me they were done too thin and they needed to be thicker for the length. The nail tech that did that repair even took pictures of my nails to show how thin they were. He suggested I come in after a couple days and have them filled so they would be thicker. In two days, two more popped off. I came in for a fill with a different nail tech and already, less than two days later, a nail pops off. I don't even feel them break, they literally just fall off. I'm not rough on my nails, I work a desk job. I went into the salon this evening two hours before close and was told by a different manager that these are not thin, that this salon does nails this way for natural looking nails. He said he could not get me in until tomorrow because they were full. I love the look of these nails, but this is unacceptable. I will not be back. ETA: I had 5 different nails fall off over 2 weeks. Okay, anyone who knows me knows that I LOVE a pedicure!! This place is wonderful and so inviting. We were met immediately by a nice gentleman who helped us get checked in. We have never been to this spa, but we are definitely coming back. I had the nicest technician named Tee. He was so pleasant and liked to visit about all things Columbus. Meh. First time coming here, from the moment I stepped in felt super rushed. Seriously the fastest manicure I've ever received, and it shows. Sloppy and not shaped well. When I got home I could see that there was gel polish still on the sides of my fingers. And the tech cut them so much shorter than I wanted. It was probably a communication mistake on my part, but I asked her to just shape them and she just started cutting and kept on filing til they were stubs, so there was no going back at that point. For the pedicure, the tech started pushing and trimming my cuticles and skin before soaking my feet. Honestly weird and kinda painful. I've always thought that was a no-no? I just never had a pedicure like that before so it was a surprise. Again, it just felt like they were rushing through it. It was a weeknight and it looked pretty busy, but I had made an appointment, was not a walk-in. Overall pretty unhappy with my service.
