They do nice work. The pedicure was done with care and precision. I had acrylic added to my big toe. Laint job was clean. They definitely took there time. The finger nails I tried the new gel nails. Went here a few months ago and had a great experience. Got gel mani pedi from Thuy and she was awesome. Went back a month ago for a powder dip. Lasted almost a month. Loved it! Went back last week. I made an appointment so I could get in without waiting. I was placed at a station, my hands put in a bowl of heated polish remover and waited for someone to come back and wipe off my polish (like they have before). I waited. And waited. And waited. My fingers were burning. As I sat there with burning fingers I watched the tech who I thought was going to do my nails take a woman after me and start on her nails. 30-40 mins later, still waiting. As I was in the process of taking the polish off myself so I could pay for the removal and get up and leave without getting my nauls done because I was PISSED someone came and moved me to another station. FINALLY. The colors I picked were put back, lits of confusion ensued, so I was made to painstakingly go BACK over choosing the colors that I wanted. I was shown dip colors that had been sitting next to me so I just guessed those were mine. No one spoke English in the vicinity so who knows? Anyones guess. After alllllllll that, one week later, nails are lifting off and polish is chipping? Seriously? This place used to be hopping. I went in on a Friday to get a gel manicure. It was beautiful, I loved it. BUT by Monday, three of the nails had peeled off (and I hadn't done anything that would have been hard on my hands). I went in to complain, and they fixed the three nails. Its Tuesday morning, and another one has peeled off. Clearly, they don't know what they are doing. They are very polite and friendly, but a gel manicure should last at least 2 weeks (especially for the price). read more

Pretty disappointed in the cleanliness, attention, and price of this place. I was sat in a chair 15 min after my appointment time with a bag in the tub that had been used for the previous person (still had water in it). My whole pedicure lasted 20 minutes. I love this place! They are so sweet literally every tech I've had and you can tell they care about what you like and what the end result is. Very clean! It is just a high vibrational place and I feel good when I go in and even better when I come out. Always excited to go back. I hate to have to do this but I have been mulling over this for over a week. I used to be a fan of this place for years but the service these last few months has grown tremendously worse. I called a day prior to book an appt 1st thing the following morning which was a Sunday. One mani with dip for me and another for my husbands pedi. We were arriving at the same time. When I show up the tech was doing her own nails, removing her gel. She told me to sit down at her stall, wait and she'd be able to help me. After a bit she set me up to soak. I wasn't paying attention until after she walked away, but all her nail scraps were still on the towel she was servicing me with! She didn't even try to brush any of it off!! Although she said she'd be right back, she left me sitting there soaking(in acetone) for about 50mins. Didn't check on me once. Once I saw the nasty nail scraps and realized the time, I decided to leave. All of a sudden I hear someone behind me in the pedi chairs profusely apologizing. I turned around and it was the same tech. She had left me soaking almost an hour to do my husbands pedi! She was apologizing to him because she cut him. I didn't see how bad the cut was until we got home(luckily). I just saw her trying to stop the bleeding. She put a bandaid over it so quickly I don't even think he knew what was going on. I got up at that point and said I was leaving and wasn't waiting any longer for the service. Explained how they didn't honor my appt, my hands are raw from the acetone, I have no nails and now I have to go out of town like this. On top of all of that, my husband was cut pretty badly. They of course charged me the full rate for his pedi and removal of my dip. I paid and tipped. I was just trying to get out before I lost my temper. Of course they begged me to stay or come back later to finish the service. I explained the reasoning behind be scheduling an appt the day before was because I was on a schedule in preparation for vacation. I was livid and just in shock that they could only say sorry please don't be mad. After I made several calls to explain the many reasons I was upset they offered me a free service. I explained I would never return again except to get my refund. They said I had to come back to the salon to receive it. After how poorly we were treated I couldn't see myself walking back in there! I planned on sharing pics of the deep, long gashes on his foot where it looked like they literally shaved off about an inch of skin but decided not too because it's too disgusting. I also have pics of the horrible condition my nails were left in after soaking so long and her rushed attempt to file and shape them as I was trying to leave. They were already so sensitive the attempts at filing and shaping were torture. Now I have to wait about a month to get my nails done again because of how weak and damaged and misshapen my nails and cuticle are. I look at my hands and my husbands foot and it just makes me sad. Why treat people so poorly? Slow down, use care and for God's sake pay attention to what you are doing! read more

If you don't get your nails done very often I would recommend you go here. They have fast services but they listen to you unlike other similar nail salons. Anh did a great job on my nails. Treat yo self! I love this place. Never much of a wait, they attend to you quickly and give you advice if you have any questions (like if a certain polish chips fast or if you just want an opinion). I got partial acrylics the first time because my thumb nails were pathetically short and they were happy to help me. Everyone is very friendly - if you want to talk, they'll talk to you. If you don't wanna talk and just get yo pamper on in peace, they'll leave you be. Here's a couple pictures of my nails done by Phuong, and a young man I forgot to ask his name. Both did a wonderful job and I'm very happy with how my nails turn out each time. They remembered my name which shocked me and really touched my heart. And the price point is fantastic. This place is ripping people off!!! They have now started having customers pay and extra $5 for cleaning supplies due to COVID. I would be okay with it if they were actually cleaning. I was there for over an hour and they did not wipe down the nail tables or drying station and did the regular spray down for the pedicure bowl. I made an appointment several days in advance for a gel manicure & gel pedicure . I arrived 15 min early and after about 20 min I was directed to a chair. I began to soak & then chose colors. After cuticle gel was applied another customer walked in, approached the woman working on my Nails and asked if she should reschedule her brow appointment. The woman who just started my service said "no. I'll take care of you." Then told me i would need to wait. I sat with my feet in the water (which had gotten chilly by now) for 35 min. Other technicians finished services and no one stepped in to finish my service. When I thought one woman was going to see if I needed anything or apologized she told me I should come back to have them do my lashes. Um ... nah. When my technician returned - without even checking in or asking anyone else to check in - I told her I would no longer get the manicure because I didn't have time. She said sorry and told me why this other woman had to be taken care of - "she really needed her brows done and only wants her to do them". 5 min later another woman walked in (no appointment) and asked if she could get a mani pedi. I thought to myself "good luck" and they told her to go ahead and sit down. she immediately had one person working on her pedi and another doing her mani. Everyone seems nice but I will not return which is a bummer since it's a mile from my house. read more

I have been going to Bexley Nails for over a year now. First I only got pedicures with designs, then waxing and now I have acrylic nails. The service is quick and efficient any my request for American flags or cupcakes painted on my toes go heeded. My nails look natural and well done and my eyebrows are done the way I like them. It's cheaply competitive with other nail salons and I somehow always manage to get squeezed in. My suggestion is that you go on a Mon-Tues-Weds-Thurs to get in the fastest. read more

This trip was such an unexpected surprise! I was in a rush to get my eyebrows shaped up and couldn't make it to my orginial spot. I pulled out my phone and went to my Yelp out, fully confident that my fellow reviewers would help me find a location within close proxcimity to fill my needs. This is how I ended up at Bexley Nails. I was fortunate that there was no wait when I walked in the door. The salon has an open concept for nails and pedicures but the eyebrow shaping is perfomed in a closed room. I really liked this. While the eyebrow tech's English wasn't the best, she understood exactly what I wanted to used a diagram of eyebrow shaping to confirm what I wanted. She was able to shape my eyebrows exactly like the picture, which was very close to what I verbialized to her. For $10, I definitely felt that her attention to detail, and technique was more than worth the cost. read more
