I will never go back here again. I paid for a dip with tips and while the nail tech was filing my nails she filed thru the skin and made it bleed. Nail cuticles were cut during the process instead of the tech pushing them back and the nails started to lift in days and the cuticle skin started peeling back. There was extra dip product left on nails. The natural pedicure I had did not remove all the rough skin and there was skin peeling off days later. The polish chipped the same day. I had to have the pedicure redone at a different salon as I was not about to go back. When I told the manager the tech cut my skin she did nothing. I wrote the corporate office about the entire thing and was basically accused of not reporting this in time and told they couldn't do anything. I paid $185. Total waste of money and time. I paid for the upgraded pedicure treatment that includes and extended massage and sugar scrub. If 2 min is extended, I'd hate to know what the standard massage is like. The site said the treatment should take 45 minutes - I was fully done in 20. Also had a polish change on my hands ($20, which is a lot for a polish change imo) and the quality is not great. Lumpy application, flooded nail beds, bare sides. The front desk staff was very nice and the place is well appointed and clean. The massage chair was great, but all in all I would not return given the quality for the price. read more

CHOP SHOP ALERT: Let's start off this review by letting you know that my intention isn't to rip apart the nail technician but rather to paint you a picture of my experience mainly led by the nail technician. I went in for a acrylic removal (very short nails) and a full set. I always do the math prior to going in just to cross reference the actual price they give me, which usually has random add-ons at their discretion (most salons I go to). Acrylic removal: $10 Full Set: $35 (with UV gel) Their service menu online is misleading. It reads $35 for a full set with UV gel or natural buffer and underneath it reads full set UV gel: $49. It shouldn't include 'with UV gel' in the description if it's not included. Assumption: 'Long acrylics' $5 Keeping that in mind, I started off the experience picking my color at the front. The most annoying thing at this salon is that they literally hover over you inches away until you pick a color. You think with this COVID situation, they'd give you some space. It makes the whole process uncomfortable and you end up randomly picking a color so you don't annoy them for taking too long. When starting the acrylic removal process the nail technician 'Sammy' used an acrylic extension tip to pry off my old acrylics. Her system was to let her know if she hurt me...truly brilliant. I have a high pain threshold so I could bear it, but there were moments where it definitely hurt. She looked more stressed out than I was. I asked her why she didn't soak them instead, to which she replied that with the long nails I wanted, it would take a long time. I don't know if it's just me, but I don't care if it takes an eternity, if I'm paying for a service, it better be done correctly. I ended up with two ripped nail beds for which she didn't apologize. I could tell she was hoping I didn't mention anything. (There was no point, nothing could be done.) No antibacterial solution applied either. She just mentioned how thin my nail beds were. (I snuck a picture with one hand of one of them.) At that point, I re-read the consent form they have you fill out prior to sitting down which is mainly for COVID purposes but includes 'ALL NEGLIGENCE' done by staff. That in itself should have been a red flag. The nails ended up ok, slight botched up paint job, but she also had me insert my hands under the UV lamp for different durations of time. You could tell she just wanted to finish the service. Lastly, when it came to paying, my total came out to $68. I questioned the receptionist trying to take my payment and she didn't understand so she went and got Sammy to whom I tried to break the total down and understand the extra charge, to which she explained once and responded with an 'I already told you.' like she was ready for an argument. The extra charge came out to $10 for my 'extra long nails'. My nails aren't extremely long as shown in the photo attached and anything shorter would be considered 'normal' length (not charged extra) anywhere else. I have super long fingers and I think she was trying to factor that in, of course. The issue is the fact that they don't reveal the price until after, which catches you off guard. Side note: there was a regular next to me who was complaining, to who seemed to be the manager, why her nail technician was taking so long and it had been 45 minutes of her just sitting since her paraffin wax was applied. The manager's response was that the technician was finishing a design on someone else. The salon didn't seem that busy for technicians to be double-booked. Regardless, being a chain salon I thought the standards would be higher and granted it's a pretty location, and it's closer for me than the previous salons I've been to, it's not worth the experience or cost. There's definitely better value salons out there. I'll be suffering these throbbing, ripped nail beds until I go back to my old salon. Hope that helps. read more

Worst manicure ever. Where to start? The technician was obviously trying to be as fast as possible. The result was all the nails smudging over an hour after leaving the salon to where I had to just take off the polish. She whipped through two coats and the top coat and plopped me at the "drying station" for ten minutes. I had a feeling it would take a lot longer because of how fast she kept layering coats on, so I sat there for 20 minutes. Nonetheless, an hour later they were smudging ridiculously. I then picked up a warm food carton and they were just done. What a waste. Also....she also barely massaged my hands (basically rubbed in a dollop of lotion on each hand for maybe 90 seconds total). She asked how I wanted my nails, round or square. I said round.....and they are square, but so uneven you might think some are round. Awful waste of money and time. I didn't even say anything at the front since it's so difficult to communicate with masks and I didn't expect much help given how unfriendly the people working there are. Nor did I want to do their survey. Never again at this place. read more

I went in on Tuesday to get a shellac Manicure. The woman who did my nails (ChiChi) did not do a great manicure because last night (Thursday) the shellac was already coming off after 2 days. I went back today (Friday) and the manager told me that it was because I was doing too much with my hands. I then told her that I barely did anything that would cause the shellac to come off. The fact is that the reason for shellac is because it is more durable than regular nail polish. She cut me off while I was talking, was rude, but she said that she would have them fixed. The same woman (ChiChi) came over and was visibly irritated that she had to repair the poor job that she had done on my nails. I showed her the nails and she attempted to repair them, but did a horrible job, again. She was rushed, didn't care, and there was shellac on my skin and the shellac didn't even feel that it had completely dried. I went back to speak to the manager at the front desk, and she got another woman to clean up ChiChi's poor job. I left Anthony Vince, knowing that I would probably have the same problem, and sure enough, 2 hours later another nail chipped and the shellac came off. I definitely won't be going back there. I have had many shellac manicures, and I know there are better places out there who do much better jobs. The location is great and it is very nice looking nail spa, but this one is overrated, and I don't feel like they do a good job. read more

This is actually for the Lynnwood location but since this is either a corporation or franchise this probably happens here too. I made an appt on Saturday for 11am. We were finally taken back around 11:25am. Then sat for about 10 minute(well two of us) the other person in our group wait another 5-10 minutes. On the menu it says our appt should be 62-67 minutes but two of us were done in about 35 minutes and the third person was done in about 30 minutes. We all ended at the same time. My sisters feet are ticklish which means they don't massage the bottom or top of your feet. Would be nice to know that because we would have gone some where else. The lady doing my pedicure had polish all over her hands so when she pulled down my pant leg she got polish all over the inside and outside of my brand new pants which are now ruined. She never said sorry. Shortened service, no massage, ruined pants never go to the Lynnwood location. read more
