This location was referred to me by friends who are loyal and happy customers. I had taken my Highlander to the dealership and as par they came out with a list of things the car "needs". The list totaled $6500. I scanned the list and sent it to Anthony's. Upon my arrival the staff member who had taken the time to review went line by line on the repair suggestions. He noted prices that were high and those that were fair. He mentioned that they were suggesting items that Toyota doesn't recommend for several more thousand miles. Lastly, I left my car for the day and the most expensive repair they couldn't replicate the issue. My $6500 repairs turned into $1000 and my car purs like a kitten! read more

Then, nice old guy who owned it sold it, and new owners are all about the $$$, and they don't stand behind the Work performed, or not performed, so it were. Most of the long-time employees have left. What a fantastic place!!! The windows in my Honda wouldn't work. One window was stuck halfway open. I went to Anthony's after being told by the dealer that they couldn't help me until the following Tuesday. After letting me know they would look at it and try to get the stuck window up, he also said no guarantees. Less than half an hour later, he came back and said it was all set!! The "problem" was the window lock; I had hit it by accident and didn't realize it (oops!). The gentleman at the desk was so very nice; there was no charge! They told me that I needed brake rotors which would cost $400. I brought my car to a dealership because I had to have a diagnostic test done. Staff is rude and can be heard speaking to people in the garage and on the phone in an abusive manner.

Place has a lot of techs, but it seems like most of them hate being there, expect the secretaries to be very rude especially if you need a tow if you have AAA road assistant you are not a priority, you will get picked up last and make you sure you have $$$$$ because this place is very expensive if a job is only an hour expect to pay for more hrs I ended paying so much on labor that I couldn't believe it my whole paycheck I'm not a tech but I'm not ignorant either if you need parts bring your own trust this review. read more

I had Anthony's tow my car. It took the guy 45 minutes to an hour to get my car hitched and he looked like he never towed a car before. He was very uncaring and inexperienced. He then flew down the street speeding. I felt that my car was so unsafe and wasn't even sure my car would make it in one piece. They are terrible and rude. I'll go again. Addition: I had an issue with my tire that was the fault of an employee that wound up quitting. They were honest and acknowledged their error and didn't charge me to fix my tire. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. My gf had her car towed. It was literally 1 block away. It was 80 dollars. Then they changed the spark plugs and it cost 400 dollars for 7 dollar spark plugs. How long does it take to change spark plugs? Any way, mechanic seemed lazy and was rude and the lady in the front was not friendly. Would never recommend or go back. read more

Anthony's service center has lost touch with being a reputable business. Despite their appearance as a friendly auto shop it was quite the opposite. The owner spent over an hour changing his offer to me several times during an already frustrating situation. Salesperson #2 in the situation was a man named Ken who appears quickly murmurs how he can't help you and hides in back rooms while murmuring to other staff members about what is being discussed. And the cherry on top was the owner Bob being absolutely rude and disrespectful to a staff member in the front. Specifically telling the woman to "be quiet" and followed by asking "what do you know anyways?". If you enjoy rude and bigots Anthony's is the service center for you. read more

Terrible people. Brother took his car in for overheating problems. They said it was a censor being wrong and it still overheats. Took it back and they said it is normal. Well then why did he need that part? He brought it in for repair to get the heating fixed and it was not fixed. Would not recommend to anyone. Go to these guys at your own risk. read more

Ever since this business was bought out, they have been nothing but bad news. I've still continued bringing my vehicle in for regular oil changes. A few months ago, they told me I needed front and bake brakes and I only had 30% left and needed to get them done. Well I took it for another I inspection and come to fine out o don't need brakes at all. I would would not recommend this place and will never go back. read more

Thank goodness for the new management! I actually stopped going to this place because of multiple bad experiences with rude and unprofessional behavior from the staff. Now that it is under new management I gave it another try as I needed a new battery and they were awesome! Agree with other reviews. Horrible customer service, one of their techs actually slammed the door in my wife's face, after we returned to get something fixed that they messed up. I went for my emissions, was not greeted when I walked in and waited in front of two people working. (Secretary and mechanic) But once I started the conversation I thought the secretary warmed up, I was first in line and they took me right away. Their monitors were down so I could not see my vehicle which made me slightly uncomfortable (one was down and one was not facing my vehicle.) It was quick and I would probably go back but if the monitors aren't adjusted by the time I go back I will go elsewhere. Seems like a family shop and as an owner of one I would like to see them successful. read more

Not the same ever since Pierre left. I brought my car in for a routine oil change and the next day it was overheating. I took a look and discovered the tech didn't put the coolant reservoir cap back on correctly causing the car to get much hotter than usual. These are the kinds of little things that make customers question their mechanic, I hope this error was unintentional. I have noticed any preventative maintenance suggestions (noticed leaks, other things wrong etc.) are now not even mentioned. I had a fairly significant oil leak and it was never mentioned to me by the mechanic (despite getting an oil change), I fixed it myself for $20, money lost for them. read more

This was my go to garage for over a decade and I recommended it to everyone. One of the main reasons I went there was that their service manager Pierre treated the customer right and knew what he was doing. Repairs were done quickly, done right and for a good price. Pierre is now gone and the service is not the same. I was there recently and it took days for the repair to be done and In the end the car still does not run right. Sadly I must find a new garage and can no longer recommend Anthony's. read more

Used to regularly go to this place for routine service such as oil changes, battery replacements, brakes, etc. Moved out of state for about 15 months, and moved back. Went there for a routine oil change and also asked for an alignment. Made the appointment ahead of time, dropped the car off shortly after 8 AM on a Saturday. I was told vehicle would be ready by noon, so left and went out. Get a call around 10:30 AM that they cannot complete oil change because there was a crack in the pan and it was leaking. Interesting, since I had the car parked on a new driveway and there was zero evidence of a leak. To make a long story short, I brought the car to another car service place nearby and they basically told me whoever attempted to take the gasket out had torqued the wrong way or to much and that caused the crack. The worst part is they didn't own up to the issue they caused and actually attempted to sell me a replacement for $380.00. Certainly not the place I remember going to, and also reading the reviews on here it appears others feel the same. I do remember Pierre being an excellent tech, and that must have been the glue that kept this place together (or the grease that kept this place running like a well oiled machine). Went to Anthony's and spoke to fast talking "Will" who took a quick look and told me my car needs a tensioner, water pump, or alternator because it was making noise from the serpentine belt. Brought car in the next night to leave overnight to be repaired the following morning. Came back at 1145 am the next day and my car was never moved from the previous night. Sat in the lobby for over an hour. Will comes in and says it is going to be a while. I asked him if I would get my car by 5. He said he didn't know. Then he started telling me how all the lifts were full and he had to leave one open for oil changes.. I told him I was told the car would be worked on in the morning and I had to pick up my daughter. He said he couldn't do it and gave me back my keys. No remorse from him AT ALL. This garage only wants oil changes and emissions testing customers. While I was in the lobby I saw 4 different customers come in for emissions and they went right through. Sadly, I live less then 3 miles away and I will never be going there again. read more

My car broke down on the highway, overheating when my radiator hose blew. After a call to AAA, Anthony's Service Station arrived promptly to give me a tow. From the moment they arrived with the truck to the moment I paid for the repair just about 2 hours later, I felt I was in good hands. Everyone was courteous and professional. The manager was right there to help me down out of the tow truck when we got to the station, and the staff helped me find a place to have lunch while I waited for the news. I started going here in 2007. They were OK then. But now things have come out in the open that they are no different then most Auto Repair Service Stations. The oil change mechanics are very tricky and will screw up your car to get more business. They got me real good by putting a little additive in the oil to damage the engine and it all ways ends up that the customer gets screwed. read more
