Completely incompetent. The store I bought my TV from hired Anthony to fix my Samsung TV. They came out. He looked at it and said he would need to take it to the shop. He left after only 2 minutes. 10 days later I still have no answers as to whether the tv can be fixed or not. Warranty company hasn't heard from Anthony's. Then I get a call from Anthony's asking when would be a good time for them to come out and look at my TV. I called them back and I told them they already had it. The warranty company had decided Anthony's went AWOL and issued me a check for my TV, which I wanted repaired because the TV was worth way more than the clearance price I paid. Anthony's called asking if I still wanted the TV repaired and I said, well I did, but you guys went AWOL so the company paid out the claim. They asked if I wanted to pay cash to have the tv repaired and I said no, so they said they would throw it out. The worst experience I have ever had with any company anywhere. I waited 2 weeks to post this so that it wouldn't be a "mean review" pounded out of frustration. A perfectly good TV got thrown away because they were too incompetent to see if it could be fixed. The store I purchased my TV from hired them to replace a few bulbs under my warranty. I watched the owner slide my brand new (70inch!!)TV on it's back into the back of his nasty van (after I offered the original box and he said "oh that will just make things harder")and the same when he returned it scratching the back of it. The TV looked like it was pried open with something it shouldn't have been leaving gouges up and down the sides of the tv. Gave me a old sticky scratched up remote. I said this isn't mine and he answered "well it works" handed it to me and didnt say another word then walked out the door and left. I dont even want to give a 1 star rating! read more

I also have had a poor experience with this "company " . I had a 6 month old Samsung 4K tv and It stopped connecting to the internet . The warranty department sent out Anthony's on arrival he decided it was the main board and would need to be replaced. He ordered one , when they called to set up the appointment the lady on the other end started yelling how she had to pee and passed the phone of to someone else ( strike one) then the service tech arrived to do the repair. He asked my wife for a butter knife to remove the back of the tv ( strike two ). I have been a service tech doing hvac for 30 years and never could imagine doing some of this stuff. As he is trying to take tv apart he started breaking the tabs of the unit then he cracked the trim around the tv . If I didn't see it he would never have told me. Then when he was done with the repair the picture was upside down. He couldn't figure it out so he wanted to use my PC . At this point he still couldn't figure it out what was wrong . He said he would have to take the tv to his shop to fix it. When my wife asked how long it would take because it's is the super bowl weekend he said he could take it with him or he could leave it and we could figure it out on our own ( strike 3 ) Called Samsung and they are going to replace the tv. Again I have been in peoples houses doing repairs on there heating and cooling equipment for 30 years so I get the whole customer service thing. This place just leaves a lot to be desired read more

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE - would NOT recommend!!! Anthony's was recommended by my warranty company to fix my 4 year old washing machine in February/March 2017. The washer was making a horrible noise when it was agitating. The tech came out and told me that the motor was coming loose due to the back and forth agitation of the drum, tightened it up and let me know that I would probably have to do this once a year because this is a common problem with the style of washer I have. We then had another issue with the washer in May, where it would make this very loud booming/vibration when it was rinsing out. I called the warranty company on May 6th and also Anthony's on May 8th. While I was on the phone with him, I had him listen to the noise it was making. I scheduled him to come later that week and was told it would be "sometime in the afternoon between 12pm and 4pm." My husband took the afternoon off from work for a 5 minute evaluation by the tech that it was a bad bearing. We never heard anything the following week, so I called on a Thursday - two weeks later on 5/25, and left a message that I was just checking to see what was going on with the part. Never received a return call on Friday morning, so I called back in the afternoon. The tech answered the phone and unapologetically informed me that the part had been shipped to California and he's waiting on another one. Finally they called on 6/2 to schedule for Tuesday, June 6th - "sometime between 12pm and 4pm." He showed up around 2pm and it was a whole process to uninstall the bearing/tub and reinstall. I had to help him, as putting things back together is awkward and he was alone. As he was connecting parts (sensors) I noticed that one of the connections didn't go together right, so I mentioned it to him and he said, "Well if there's anything wrong, the washer will tell us." He proceeded to finish up putting everything back together, turned the washer on and it came up with a F50 error code that he looked up to find that it was a sensor code. He then had to uninstall everything again, only to find that it was the connection I had notified him about. As a result, it was an extra hour of taking things apart/putting them back together, when it would've only taken a second to readjust the sensor connection. He proceeded to turn it on, it started to fill with water and after waiting just a few minutes, he left. Later on, I started a load of towels (nice ones, that he used to wipe grease off on) and water started leaking from underneath the washer when it was washing. After calling the warranty company, I contacted Anthony's again and was rudely told by the lady that does the scheduling that they would try to fit us in that afternoon, but they had been very "accommodating" during this whole process. He came to check it out around 12:30pm and come to find out, the tub part had a crack in it. They said they would request a rush on another part, however, she called me on 6/13 to schedule for 6/20. I tried to plead for a sooner date, but she affirmed that he was extremely busy for the rest of the week and wouldn't be able to come out any sooner. She also told me that it would be in the morning, "before noon" and that she was only scheduling my repair so that he could take his time. Sooooo, 6/20 comes and at 10:50am the lady calls me to make sure that we're still set for the appointment. I ask her about whether he's left yet and she said, "he's had other appointments, but we said before noon, so." Knowing that he's coming from an hour away, I ask to confirm that he'll be there before noon and she says he will. Then 15 minutes later I get a call that she has some "bad news" - the tech was just unpacking the part and found that it too was cracked. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! He's just finding it now after having the part for a week, so he never inspected it even though that was the issue with the last part. THAT WAS IT!! Knowing that they would have to order a new part and probably schedule me for another week out - I called back to the warranty company and requested another service company! I CAN'T GET OVER THEIR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE AND LACK OF EXPERTISE!!! read more
