I have been to various Targets in many different cities and states, and this is my least favorite…read moreof all time. As much as I love Target overall, this location isn't great. I was here 3 times while home visiting my parents and both experiences were blah. The first time I came shopping in store. The parking lot is insane. It was early afternoon and we still had to park very far away. Inside the store things looked like a tornado went through in many different sections. They also had empty spots, and were out of quite a few things. The one thing that made me happy was the special biodegradable, reusable bags they are now using. They are super sturdy and def worth reusing, esp with NY State's plastic bag ban going into effect in the spring. The second and third times I did online order for pickup in store. I dont know if this is a newer option at this Target, but at home I am used to this being a very quick process. They even have reserved parking for it. Here I had to wait in line with everyone else wanting something out of the customer service desk, to which only one person was working. One instance I showed my barcode and they said it wasn't needed just my ID. The second instance they wanted my barcode and not the ID. No consistency. Some of my products ordered online upon pickup were not available and had to be cancelled.

I made an appointment ahead of time and skipped a class to come in for an issue (that I mentioned on the appointment details) related to the screen not turning on, and they didn't even look at my laptop. As soon as i repeated the issue they immediately told me it was impossible and they aren't "allowed to open computers" and that if they sent it out to be repaired it would cost as much as a new computer. I wasted valuable time and money just for them to immediately turn me away...why they couldn't mention their "policy" before I spent 45 dollars on an uber? I don't know.

Completely incompetent…read more The store I bought my TV from hired Anthony to fix my Samsung TV. They came out. He looked at it and said he would need to take it to the shop. He left after only 2 minutes. 10 days later I still have no answers as to whether the tv can be fixed or not. Warranty company hasn't heard from Anthony's. Then I get a call from Anthony's asking when would be a good time for them to come out and look at my TV. I called them back and I told them they already had it. The warranty company had decided Anthony's went AWOL and issued me a check for my TV, which I wanted repaired because the TV was worth way more than the clearance price I paid. Anthony's called asking if I still wanted the TV repaired and I said, well I did, but you guys went AWOL so the company paid out the claim. They asked if I wanted to pay cash to have the tv repaired and I said no, so they said they would throw it out. The worst experience I have ever had with any company anywhere. I waited 2 weeks to post this so that it wouldn't be a "mean review" pounded out of frustration. A perfectly good TV got thrown away because they were too incompetent to see if it could be fixed. It probably could have been fixed but Anthony's had it for 10 days and never even looked at it.
