He was very polite and patient and somehow he got these two guys to comply. I contacted other groomers within the area, but none of those places ever responded back to me through the email, which was very disappointing. But I'm so glad that Woofie came through for us. They were very courteous and responsive to me through Yelp chat, and all the questions I had were answered very promptly. I'm so happy with the results and our dogs look so clean and proper now. The small dog room was equally disappointing in that there were 3 visible puddles of urine left unattended, and the dogs were apparently left on their own, excepting for occasional check-ins (supposedly every 15 minutes or so) by that same front desk employee. When asked if the dogs got to go outside, he said "not really", so it appears they are stuck in a small room with little stimulation or oversight for hours on end. We won't be using Scooby Shack for either doggie daycare or boarding as originally anticipated.

The veterinarian walked me through my options, took the time to hear all of my questions and concerns, and what the approximate costs would be for the surgery. I was kept updated throughout the day of her surgery and when I picked her up they gave me an extra blanket for her carrier and walked me through each medications instructions. It was expensive, but they were so kind to me here. Me and LuLu really appreciated the extra care.

He ended up having overcrowded teeth and actually had to remove 11 teeth... We are so glad we found this office. They had great prices and they were professional, and Nolan is doing so much better, and his recovery time was very short because of the quality of the surgery. Lexi was wonderful with updating us constantly about Nolan and how he was doing that day. She brought us great comfort with her kindness and compassion. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for someone to take care of your little puppy because they are amazing.

I know it's ultimately my fault for forgetting about the appointment, but not getting any form of appointment confirmation seems unprofessional. Many of us have busy schedules or have things going on in our personal lives that could contribute to being a "no show". Wondering if this is just how they run their business or if this is a one off situation - but overall would say their lack of ease with a potential new client, lack of appt confirmation/ follow up speaks volumes on the type of service they provide. I do not recommend this place.
