I purchased a deluxe package and it took them only an hour and 5-10 minutes to complete. This was supposed to be with 20 extra minutes of brushing. They originally told me 2-3 hours. Then when I went to pick up my dog same thing, I waited while they ignored me, then told me that the invoice was at the register. I went and waited in line to pay and the invoice was not there! The person on the register had to go pick it up in the grooming room! So I pay, then go back to get my dog and was again IGNORED while they went about their business, did not even look up to say they would be with me soon or anything! Another dog owner came in to drop off and they immediately greeted them and asked their dog's name. I about lost it. I said "I'm here to pick up my dog!, what's the problem?" One of the groomers told the gal to call a manager, still no response to my question. Waited some more. Another 3-4 minutes go by and finally I asked "Is there a problem with my dog?!" I was starting to wonder if they had killed her or something! The gal finally said that they can't leave the other dogs alone to get my dog. (She had a dog on a leash). Ok well is there a reason you couldn't even acknowledge my presence not one but three different times??!! By the time they finally got my dog I was furious. I've been bringing my dogs to the Clackamas Pet Smart for decades but never again.

My partner and I came in looking for Omega Oil. The employee, who was already at the cashier, stood up and stared at us as soon as we walked in. Once he told us where to look he hovered over counter and stared. At first, I didn't think much of it. We then asked where the dental cat treats were, and he walked us to the aisle--but instead of asking if we needed further help, he just stood there watching us. At this point my partner and I were having our own conversation about the treats, right in front of him. After we started looking through the treats, he moved to the next aisle over and continued monitoring us. Each time I moved, he seemed to move as well to keep us in sight. At one point, I turned around and saw him standing there petting some peacock feather or other times staring at products.The entire interaction made us feel singled out and extremely uncomfortable. I understand businesses need to be aware of theft, but there should be better guidelines on how to do that without making paying customers feel targeted. Though my cat loves the rabbit feet from this store, unfortunately I won't be returning after this experience.

My other hound was in yesterday with swollen glands and I asked copilot if my invoice was reasonable... and they are in line with normal charges and below on a couple of the tests. Overall, them are great with my dogs and I've never been pressured in unnecessary procedures.
