The fact that there is a parking garage was a huge plus for me. The fee to park here is $3/day within the hours of 4am-3pm. Any time outside of those hours is free. Payment can be done through the BART app, where you will need to link your Clipper Card number and license plate number. This is to ensure that you actually entered BART and aren't abusing the parking spaces reserved for BART riders. When paying for your spot, you input the number you parked in (located on the ground of your parking space), add your payment info, and you're good to go! It should be a pretty smooth and speedy process. I parked on the far end of the parking garage, so walking to and from the BART entrance was a bit far, but it was definitely doable. Like all BART stations, this location is equipped with kiosks to add value to your Clipper Card. There are escalators that take you to the upper level which is where you enter the train car. The train car had a frequency of 15 minutes during the time we were there, so it came pretty fast. Once we got in we were on our way!

I also used her service to get me to the Oakland airport for a 7:40 a.m flight. She picked me up at 3:45 a.m. to make sure I got there on time. Her service helps me to be independent and able to travel when I want to because all my family works and can't take me to the airport. Because I can use her service, I was able to book a non stop 5:50 am flight to Chicago. Give her a call next time you need to go somewhere and don't want to drive yourself.

The van was extremely clean and Kecia even had refreshments in a cooler for us. Kecia told the wife and I if anyone needed to use the restroom just let her know and she'd pull off the freeway and drive us right to a restroom. Once in St. Helena Kecia found our hotel and dropped us in front of our room and brought our bags inside. Night of wedding, Kecia drove us to the venue and dropped us off and told us to have a good time and text her whenever we were ready to leave and she'd be right there. We texted Kecia when we were ready and within 5 minutes she was pulling in. Our return trip was enjoyable, Kecia took us to a nice place to have breakfast. We've since used OG CHARTERS for another Niece's wedding and that trip was as nice as the 1st. We also took a trip to the apple orchard, the route Kecia took was like a sight seeing tour. Its FAA Location identifier is O88 It has two runways 7/25 at 4,200 feet and 5/33 at 2,200 feet. Both runways are asphalt. Fuel and storage is available 24 hours a day, but you may need to call ahead. We have on occasion made a fuel stop there in the chopper. The man asked for my address and told me he knew where that was. The next morning no one was at my house at 7, 7:10. . . I called to ask where they were and the man said he called me a couple of times. I didn't have any record of that on my phone and I had been holding my phone the whole time waiting. He said he was at the Safeway and to tell him how to get to my house. Finally he showed up at 7:30. He showed up in an unmarked car that had no meter in it. He had already quoted me $30 for a ride from Hillcrest to Bay Point BART. He had no credit card machine either. We got to BART and I asked if the fare was discounted because he was late and I had missed the BART train. He said no. I asked if he took a credit card. He said no, he didn't have a machine. I told him I wasn't tipping him because he didn't arrive on time and he created stress for me catching my flight. He was very unapologetic and rude.

Maria started off with good pricing and got us pretty low but than my wife and I started to think... been there, done that, do we really want to spend this much and go down to Ensenada? So the hunt for a mini December getaway / vacation started. Like others, we want the most for our buck and since this was a last minute vacation we had a low budget. This was not easy for Maria and she helped us narrow down pricing and length for a warm winter location. We received amazing deals for Hawaii, Cancun and San Diego, as well as other cruises... After a week of us being extremely undecided as to where we wanted to vacation, we decided to go to a location where we haven't been before (believe it or not San Diego). Maria was hard at work for us all week long. Sending us various locations and hotels at Stellar prices! We were really picky (even though the suggestions were great) with a budget and Maria came through with a Hilton resort package, including flight, zoo and a navel tour! We finally made the decision to go with this specific package. Hilton ended up having an issue with accepting payment and the special ended that night ($300 savings). She spent an entire Friday with Hilton telling them what happened and that they needed to match the special from the prior day. Finally Maria Called us back with great news and booked out reservations that evening. Moving forward we will book all our vacation needs with Maria! She provided great customer service. She understood what we wanted, where we wanted to stay and go! She was patient, friendly and very attentive to our emails and communications. The place is just 10 mins from our house and convenient to return the van after. The process was very easy and the service person walked us through the paperwork and inspected the van We returned the van and the process was also easy. Just make sure you take a picture of the van before leaving and inspect it in case there's any damage. We didn't experience any hassle.
