The driver was professional and helpful, and the woman who assisted me over the phone was courteous and efficient. I really appreciate how smoothly they handled everything during a stressful moment. Went to the auto parts store to get the fluid and the worker was kind enough to offer to help her add it to the truck. In doing so he remarked the fluid tank was almost full, that she probably had a faulty sensor and to get it checked out. Took it to the dealership to discover the wiring harness that controls the sensors had been ripped out and damaged. Scratches on the frame leads the service team to believe that due to the location of the harness the tow mechanism caused the damage. Called Templer's to advise and ask if they would help with the repair cost. I was told to file a case in small claims court, that there is no proof they caused the damage. No offer to share. Just go to court. Stay as far away from this company as you can.

This tow company has the contract to tow cars from my apartment complex…read more They are reliable enough, in that they come if you call and will tow the offending car parked in your spot. But they are slower than a herd of turtles stampeding through peanut butter. I have waited for over an hour, sometimes an hour and a half for them to come tow cars that block other cars in/out of their spots. It's pretty ridiculous. Sometimes, THEY DONT EVEN SHOW UP. But it's all we got, they have a monopoly.

BE AWARE they charge you every time they do a test- including a retest ! (which is an extra $185) turned my car in on a Wednesday night before closing, which I knew they were not going to get to it that night, waited all day the next day, did not hear from them whatsoever, then I called them on Friday to find out what's going on, which I needed to wait for the lady who checked us in to come back, which wasn't until 2 hours before closing, to tell me they couldn't get to my car the previous day because of call outs. (All they were authorized to do was a diagnostic which takes 2-3 minutes). She proceeded to say that they needed to replace the alternator, and since it's late on Friday, they needed to order the part, but closed on the weekend and wouldn't get to it til Monday. They open at 8am and I got the call at 842am to say my car was ready. Less than 3 hours of labor and I was charged almost $600, which included a second diagnostic fee. PLEASE use this as advice to go to another shop, and make sure you're not charged more than 1 diagnostic fee, or $600 in labor for not even 3 hours of labor. We thought because of our first experience here it would be okay bringing another one of our vehicles, but we will now be looking for another shop because of this experience. Highly unsatisfied!
