Abdul tracked my flight, we stayed in touch, and he was right there ready to pick me up as we discussed. - Safe -- Abdul is a safe driver. Reasonable speed (not slow but not too fast); no sudden turns; no abrupt braking. It was a smooth ride because he drove well and paid attention. And he was definitely not checking his phone while driving other than to glance at navigation toward the end of the trip once we got deeper into my neighborhood. - Clean and Comfortable -- his car was very comfortable and impeccably clean. He made sure to provide bottled water for his passengers just in case. - Accommodating -- we didn't need to stop, but he let me know upfront that (despite our many hours of delay) he would be happy to make any stops I requested. On our way to the Sacramento Airport for a Disney Cruise to Alaska, we learned that the car carrying our children and two young grandchildren had been rear ended and totaled. They were stranded on the freeway, shaken, and unable to get to the airport. After dropping us off at the airport, Moe didn't hesitate. He immediately left the terminal, drove straight to the accident scene, gathered our family, and got them safely back to the airport -- delivering them to the gate just in time to make our flight. We live in Sacramento, but had never been to the wineries in Amador thus a new adventure awaited us. We first stopped at Iron Hub, which was so peaceful and filled with delicious wines. Our third stop was Armador Cellars, an organic and natural venue that felt grounding and intimate. It was a perfect place to end our wind tour. My favorite wine there was the Barbera 2021, so scumpty & smooth! After a lot of wine, we needed food and that is where Taste (that's the restaurant) came into play. Holy moly, this is a Must if you are in the area. I'm vegan, but my husband and our friends are not.
