We have been to the one in Iowa so on our way thru Nashville we stopped at this store. It's fun to look around and see the stuff you watched them buy on the show. It's not a very big store but was packed. There is a whole complex of shops and stores. Old equipment, jack Daniels store and a bunch of others. We were only there abt 30 mins but got to see pretty much what we went for. There is paid parking across the street. 1 lot for 10 bucks and 1 right next to it for 3 bucks so was an easy choice. The service was awesome and they answered our questions. Great stop.

If you watch American Pickers, I recommend stopping into the Nashville storefront. Located in an old motor car factory. This is a very small antique shop, with more doubt from the tv show than antiques to buy. However still very cool to see some items from the show. The factory it's located in, is extremely cool. Lots of small shops to walk through and visit. Fun small area of Nashville!

I visited hoping Mike would jump out any minutes....lol. Didn't happen but it was still cool Place to browse. They probably sell more reproduction and their own merchandise than actual antiques but it is what it is. Store is smaller than expected but glad we made a stop to check it out.

A lot of the reviews with a mediocre or negative rating are often saying they don't watch the show so if that's the case, I could see why the store isn't as interesting to you. I haven't watched in a while, but I always enjoyed the show as did everyone in our group. While some of the stuff is branded shirts and touristy things (which we also bought) most of the stuff is antiques from actual picks or that they've purchase locally. Yes, the prices on some things are high, but I find that at any antique store. Just like picking, you have to look for the good finds. I love antique things that are functional instead of dust collectors and I found a cool letter opener with a magnifying glass in it. It was branded by Phillip's company advertising and the girl at the counter told me a little bit about the guy who brought it in and they bought it from. It's always great to know the provenance behind something and I paid fifteen bucks for it which I think was super reasonable. Look around and you'll find something cool.

Located in the Marathon Village building, which is an old car factory that has been converted into retail space sits Antique Archaeology. You don't have to actually go inside Marathon, as it sits on the front of the building and shares an entry way with the candy shop. Antique Archaeology is a vintage/consignment shop that happens to be owned by one of the American Pickers from History Channel, Mike Wolfe. The store isn't that large, but is well laid out and features some pretty cool items. They have a healthy selection of clothing, tchotchkes, furniture and collectibles. One thing I did notice and liked was the fact that you could not tell it was owned by Mike Wolfe. It was not branded as an "American Pickers" and the shelves were not filled with cheap souvenir type merchandise. On the flipside, the prices were something I was not a fan of. The prices were quite high for the merchandise sold here. There were a lot of cool items, many of which were definitely "vintage" in nature, but they were all priced quite high, even the basic clothing was overpriced. In addition to the prices, the service was lackluster. As we walked around, the sales floor attendant looked at us, but didn't say anything or acknowledge us. When we went to the counter to ask about a price, the person at the counter seemed bothered with our request. You can't have high prices and sub service! Overall, if you are a fan of the store I can see why you make a pitstop. As a visitor of Nashville and not a fan of the show, my one visit will do.

During our rainy guided bus tour of Nashville, our tour guide decided to postpone one stop due to the rain and instead selected to go to the Monarch Automobile area - home of Antique Archaeology. Being a fan of the TV show American Pickers, I was pleased we would have a short stop there. Two things stood out to me when I entered. I enjoyed seeing on the wall many things that I had seen when they were on the tv show. The other thing was the size of the store - smaller than what I had imagined. From the tv show, I had the impression it would be much larger. The staff was quite friendly and helpful. Most of the storefront is set up for tourists to buy souvenirs, and I gladly participated with the purchase of a t shirt with the Antique Archaeology logo.

Why is everyone writing bad reviews about this place. I mean, if you've ever watched the show, everything he picks is basically a pretty expensive selling item. And this is in the heart of Nashville as a tourist spot... how are they going to pay rent without selling shirts and souvenirs!? I loved it. I loved that some of the stuff lists what episode it was on and info about it. Go for the fun of it and stop whining.

I've never seen the show before, but this place does have some cool items. Old hot rod hoods, vintage movie posters, and of course branded items from the pickers show. Nothing in here really peaked my interest and the few things that did were pretty pricey. Like the vintage jukebox for example. It's beautiful and really highlights that old world craftsmanship, but $4K price tag? Too rich for my blood. If you're in the area and looking for unique holiday items for that impossible gift receiver, this place might have what you need.

If you are looking for swag from the Pickers show, this is the place. This is a relatively small store. There were some picker finds to buy but it seemed to me more like a museum of stuff found on the show. Some of the things had tags that told which episode the object was shown. The store is in the Marathon oil building which Houses various shops as well as offering a tour of the factory.

I love watching the show American Pickers, so I made sure I stopped by during my visit to Nashville. They have an eclectic mix of antiques such as microphones, signs, and cameras. Some were targeted tourist items such as tees, sweatshirts, license plates, and mugs, but still cute. It's fun to browse and left with a shot glass.

Huge letdown, it is pretty much a glorified t-shirt shop. It is a small shop in the middle of this huge industrial park

Date of visit: March 15, 2025…read more I popped in here while downtown looking for some souvenirs and gifts for those that I left back home. Souvenir items are in the front, with the shoes and boots further back from the street. This is a clever way to pull folks in with the knickknacks and then get them into some new boots! I did find a couple things here but you really have to look at the items closely as some items are not a very good value, though I did find a shot glass that had "Nashville" on it at a fair price. Staff was not overly friendly, but checkout was efficient, which I always appreciate.

My mom and I, a well dressed duo of 23 and 50, were shopping and having fun and looking to shop. I asked for a pair of boots and it took 10 minutes for them to even tell me they looked and didnt see any. We tried on multiple things and went in the larger try on space with the larger mirror--none of the girls acknowledged us or told us they liked what we were trying on. We ultimately loved a pair of Mother jeans ($230) and a MISA dress ($495!) and decided to take our business elsewhere to purchase those items because of how horrible the shopping experience was.
