I did not notice any elevator so it would be a hard shop for those who are disabled. Not by any fault of the store owners its an old building. I could not tell the vibe if you could negotiate. But the reason they lost a star was because most things we were interested in were double the price. Lots to see it kept us busy for almost two hours!

As far as Kathy M. we sold a couch to her neighbor with consent of the storage facility, then the facility locked the customer out and charged Kathy for the removal, and extra days, the very situation the storage facility wanted, I would think her beef should be with the storage company BUT....whatever Yelp is a bottom feeder crap platform!!

Few items are marked, but, prices are flexible and negotiable.
