I've never had a worse customer service experience than I did at this Walmart. Their behavior came across as prejudiced and discriminatory, which is completely unacceptable anywhere -- especially in a major retail store. Instead of helping or answering questions, the staff seemed more interested in mocking and stereotyping customers. The atmosphere felt unwelcoming and uncomfortable, and it was clear that respect and basic courtesy were not a priority here. Walmart needs to address this kind of conduct immediately. Customers deserve to be treated fairly, with professionalism and dignity -- not with bias or hostility. Until changes are made, I won't be returning to this location and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They need to stop hiring kids with the same ugly hair cuts.

After some heated inquiry, I found that the reason they added the extra yardage on my order was to offset the "free" installation. I canceled the order and went to Lowe's and got much better treatment. I will never shop at Home Depot again. I'm sick and tired of sleazy practices. There's a lovely hardware store near me, Mansfield Supply, which has almost everything and you get personal service, good quality, and fair prices. That's where I will shop for all my hardware needs from now on. I'm finished with Home Depot.

This Kohl's is located as the anchor store at The East-Brook Mall. The store is laid out nicely, my only complaint is I wish their men's department was larger, with a better variety of shirts and casual pants. He was there when we had small or big questions and was so friendly. He takes the time to leave his customers satisfied and happy which is the hallmark of a great businessman. When it did not arrive next day, I called again after 5 pm, and different man could find no record of my purchase, and kept trying to tell me that mine was a different customer's purchase for a different item with no delivery. None of these 3 people that I talked to spoke understandable English. This is an unfortunate scam.
