Carmen, his wife, was an excellent cook and we are grateful to have found their little restaurant! The pork burrito was everyone's favorite. It was full of flavor. Their "dry salsa" was an item we read about on a yelp review and is off menu. When we asked Salvador about it, he brought us some to try. It's very unique and pretty spicy. We loved it! We will be back despite the hour and a half drive.

Cabbage is not as fermented as I have had in the past but is still wonderful. Red sauce is very spicy and I can rarely tell if something is spicy.
