There is a sizable Latino population in our neck of the woods, thus there are many Mexican places to eat. MiRancho here falls under the category of my opening statement. I was ordering from the menu board, then I saw a small sign announcing a "buffet". I asked the nice fellow behind the counter and he said it was on. Well. It was, again, not pretty, but the quality of what was on/in it was top-notch. Lotsa meats, all totally yum. Three soups, including a great Pozole. Proper garnishes and side dishes.
