My wife and her family loves this spot and introduced it to me and I liked it that's until their fries would always come hard to bite on. this place is always stingy with their salsa which is weird because we would sometimes order tons of food and be given like 2 salsas so that's pretty dumbfounded of them. Their service is okay waitresses are alw brought the food to my grandma and nana in law at the hospital and when we got there the soup was leaking everywhere. When we opened the bag we saw that the soup had literally melted the cup and poured all over everything. That is beyond careless. There is absolutely no excuse for food being overheated to the point that it melts its own container. That is not just sloppy, it is incompetent. On top of that the tacos we paid for were completely missing from the bag. We paid for food that we never received and the rest of the order was destroyed. So not only did they forget items, they also ruined what was actually in the bag. What makes this worse is the response. My wife has been a customer for years. When she called and explained exactly what happened, the worker said she would speak to the manager. The manager's response was that there was nothing they could do. Nothing. That tells you everything you need to know about how they value their customers. Any half decent restaurant would have replaced the food or offered credit immediately. It is basic customer service. Instead they chose to take our money and do absolutely nothing to fix their mistake. This was careless, unprofessional, and handled with zero accountability. I order a dinner today 08/04/2026. I sat in line for 35 minutes and once I got my order and asked was everything in the bag and was told yes I left. Once I got home my order was not complete. I had to drive back to the restaurant to get my order straight no apology, no napkin or utensils and the older lady that I was trying to talk with just walked by me saying nothing with a attitude! I went in for a breakfast burrito at 0900. I ordered eggs cheese and sausage. I debated coming here because there is a Del Taco across the street and I didn't want to spend a lot of money. Eggs, cheese, sausage was $10.75. When the burrito came it was in a Styrofoam container rather than wrapped. It was served with chips. The burrito was very small and could have had more sausage, eggs, and cheese for $10.75. I ate in my car and then looked for a trash can. There wasn't one outside so I went back inside but there wasn't one there either. I set the empty bag near the counter and went back outside. A man from the restraunt then followed me out to my car to complain about me leaving the trash. I told him there was no trash can and he gave attitude saying I should have asked. If the breakfast burrito is an example of overall value of this restaurant, save your money. Nothing about this place made me want to come back. I ordered the fajita trio. I haven't ever had a fajita platter served in a sauce. It was served mixed together with tomatoes, the peppers and onions in some kind of sauce. I did not enjoy it at all. Use to go here when we first moved to the area in 2012. They had good food and were always crowded. Approximately 5 years ago the food started tasting like it wasn't fresh. After getting sick from it on one occasion and literally being sent to the restroom 3 times in a row after that on several other occasions we quit eating there. I was talking to an acquaintance who said their food is good and he eats there all the time, so we decided to try it again in January of 2025 thinking maybe they got new management or a new cook since we were last there. The shrimp is so good, i want to go back just to order more. Only thing is they add the "WET" sauce on without telling u and charge u extra for it. So i got 2 Extra Charges for Wet sauce I did not order. And the diablo sauce was too overpowering to even eat i had to take my shrimp out of the sauce. They need to fix this issue with management.
