Called to order the biggest pizza I've ever seen. Great taste and price under $40, just make sure you have an enough room to keep it flat because the cheese will slide in transportation. I have ordered in the past (1-2 times a month) with No issues, food great with friendly service. Yesterday was the opposite. Cashier walked in after me, ignored the line for a bit b4 proceeding to take customer who walked in after me, before I addressed. She hesitated told the guy to ring me up, put my sides up calling my order. Oh wait everything except the pizza. Proceeded to fill the order behind me, still No mention of my pizza. It wouldn't have been an issue if they had fessed up to my pizza not being ready. I would have waited in my car where it was cooler. I proceeded to watch them put my pizza in the oven, still No mention of the error. Meanwhile most people coming and going except for the few that also had issues with orders by phone and in person. I could hear the girl correcting the problems. The female was rude and dismissive. Oh I'm sorry you f'd up my order and had me wait an extra 20 minutes without so much as acknowledgement OR an apology and your the rude one??!?" The guy taking orders, filling them, cashing people out while she occasionally picked up a call or corrected errors. I'm guessing if he had more help there would not have been so many issues. Heard that there is new owner. Poor, poor service unless you enjoy rude and dismissive. Food was ok, but bread a little charred. Definitely gonna have to find a new place. read more

I really enjoy this small business pizza place and it gets really busy really fast a line out the door almost every time i go. Despite the immense popularity the food comes out quickly and still have remarkable quality and taste. I decided to try Antonio's yesterday during my lunch. I looked at the menu on yelp and it was not the same as what was in the shop. I was hoping to see lunch specials but all they offered was a 8" pizza. I was looking for a visual seeing as they had every other size visual up on the wall. When I asked the guy in the front how big it was he said "uhhh 8 inches". I was clearly shocked at how rude he was so he tried to show me with his hands. I seriously contemplated not ordering there after that and walking out. People need to realize customer service is a big thing. I could have supported any of the surrounding places and not had people be rude to me. The pizza was pretty good. I wouldn't suggest trying the garlic bread. I probably won't be going back. Continuing to try takeout from local places led us to finally trying Antonio Pizza. We've always seen a line up outside the door so figured we'd try a new pizza place to see what all the hype is about. Overall, the pizza was pretty good but I really liked the bread sticks which were a great portion size. The only oddity is that their website URL on Yelp is wrong and the one on Google leads you to a really odd looking page full of ads and messages saying things are still being worked on. But luckily, Yelp had a ton of pictures of menus and food items so we were able to decide what we wanted (but keep in mind the prices in the menu pictures are outdated). Looking forward to trying more items in the future. read more

This guy is a complete @$$hole and disrespected my wife over a pizza? Said pizza would be ready in 20 min. Go to pick up and there's a 30 min line outside. We ordered a barbecue chicken pizza. They are cutting corners with the chicken and the toppings, the pizza hardly had any chicken or barbecue sauce. I've been a customer for over 5 years, when I called back to relay my dissatisfaction, the assistant said he didn't care and he hung up- such a lack of professionalism.
