Every single time I order from this place the food is amazing ! But they have the worst customer service !!! They always hung up the phone before you are done ordering they get your order wrong and they tell you to hurry up because they don't have all day to be on the phone and if I want to know the specials to go to the store in person. Like who says that and when I asked for pricing he told me if I want pizza or not because he had a customer in front of him and I was on the phone for like really 30 seconds ... the rudest people I've ever had to deal with and when my family ordered from there is the same way. If there will be zero star i would have taken it. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I pre ordered a pizza at 4:52pm to be exact i ordered a medium size fiesta pizza and 10pcs chicken wings. I was told that food will be ready in 40mins. I went to the store at 5:50pm and noted a long que of other customer waiting. I called and spoke to anthony, he said yes my order is ready and i can Ask my husband to go inside the store, then only to find out we need to wait again. My husband was asked to wait for God knows how long again. I have tried their pizza yes it was ok. But being treated like that is COMPLETELY A JOKE!!! Don't waste your time in this store. I know there will be WAAAY BETTER experience than this! I dont regularly post a review. But poor customer service should be acknowledge for them to grow better with their business. read more

I have given this place 2 additional chances and have been disappointed by both the efficiency of service and the quality of the pizza. I recommend they implement of point of service system like Square or Clover in order to manage their orders. I realize nostalgia is still in and writing order son paper is unique. However, having customers wait and not know who is ordering or picking up is crazy. Having orders sitting around and not knowing who it belongs to is also ridiculous.
