I very rarely write a review but this is something that is worth sharing. I placed an order for delivery at 3:40 and I was still waiting for my food at 5:00. Needless to say, the food was cold and unedible. I called and the manager offered to come and pick up the cold food and remake it for me, umm no thanks... I'm giving 3 stars for a one star experience because maybe...maybe it was partly my fault. My son and I went in at 3 in the afternoon and ordered slices. Maybe that's a bad time, between lunch and dinner and maybe that's why our pizza sucked. I live in Colorado. I should never get pizza on the east coast and feel that the pizza in Colorado is better. Pizza in Colorado is not very good. I was really disappointed. We got a slice of cheese, slice of pepperoni, an eggplant and roasted pepper and one with tortellini on it. There wasn't one that was as good as the mediocre place down the street from me in Colorado. It was dry, crust was tasteless and the texture was not good. What?? If it wasn't for the variety of pizzas and by the slice options I'd give it 1 star. We've gotten delivery a lot from them and lately it is always cold. I had to reheat the pizza and when it was delivered on many occasions. They delivery guy we had the other day was super aggressive and unfriendly i had a coupon which I told them on the phone and they said tell the delivery guy. He was refusing to let me use the coupon and then proceeded to ask me how much cash I had, which was the total plus tip - That was my final straw with ordering from them. read more

You get Waffle and regular fries topped with Cheddar, bacon, and a little dipping container of sour cream... It's basically a fried baked potato. You really can't mess something like that up. I work in Easthampton, so we order delivery from Antonio's frequently and they never disappoint! The service over the phone and the delivery is consistently courteous and fast. They have this crazy lunch special in which you get a wrap, side of fries and a drink for $5.99! The reason I say it's crazy is because it's all fresh ingredients and it even includes your drink...and it's cheaper than a Big Mac meal at McDonald's...say word! I usually get the buffalo chicken wrap which they make with their delicious boneless wings and everything is really fresh. It's huge. I highly recommend it. I have co-workers who live near by who say they order the wings and pizza all the time, and they love it. They also rave about the slices too. You should stop by sometime! read more

This was a great little townie spot. The pizza wasn't the typical boring pizza selections. I got a spinach pizza and my boyfriend got the nacho pizza. Both tasted like out of this world. I don't usually like pizza but I did like this one!!!!!! My boyfriend said his pizza tasted exactly like nachos without making it taste gross. He was raving about it! I keep telling him he should make a yelp.... I digress. The buffalo wings we got were "mild" but they were already EXTREMELY spicy for me! They have a level called "suicide". I'm not ever gonna try that... I liked the buffalo wings but next time I might just try the normal chicken wings as opposed to buffalo. I have family who live in the Easthampton area so I've had a few opportunities to try Antonio's, and overall I've come away happy. First, Antonio's has a wide selection of pizza available by the slice, which is a definite plus in my book. The pizza is quite good and there are a variety of toppings depending on your taste. On top of that, the grinders are very solid. I generally judge a pizza/sub place by its chicken cutlet subs - the subpar spots have chicken cutlets that are either too tough, too dry, or too flavorless. Antonio's doesn't have that problem, as the cutlets are nicely-seasoned and tender. My experience with their service has been very good, as I've always dealt with friendly people whenever I've picked up food. Overall I'd recommend Antonio's if you're looking for a quick affordable lunch in the area. read more

It took awhile, but I finally feel like Antonio's has come into its own as a pizza place. Formerly Pizza Wings and Things, Antonio's (which resembles the Amherst restaurant of the same name, though I'm not 100% sure if they're related) primarily serves by-the-slice pizza in-store, with a large variety of other things to order for delivery. Full pizzas, chicken wings, salads, subs, pasta... Where these guys shine is their wide, weird variety of by-the-slice pizzas. Chicken Tortellini, Ranch Barbeque, Taco, all of these are as bizarre as they are delicious. I had one of their Tortellini varieties (I think it was Cheese Tortellini with Chicken) last time I was there, and it was thoroughly delicious, though I couldn't get through the whole slice (they're large, and more than a little rich for my taste). They're not as good (yet) as Antonio's in Amherst, but I have hope. For now, I'll settle for the occasional large slice and can of coke. read more

This place is AMAZING. I'm a huge pizza fan and Antonio's really hits the spot. I've been hearing about this place for years but just now got around to trying it. I couldn't be happier with my experience there. It's a pretty small place but it's charming and cozy. I do wish there was more seating so that folks could eat inside more often but it's a small complaint. For the most part, this place is above par. I've only ever tried the pizzas and I probably won't venture out beyond that because the pizzas themselves are so creative and unique. They have all sorts of options, from pesto spinach portabella to spicy chicken quesadilla pizza! I highly recommend the latter. It's topped off with sour cream and it's seriously delicious. But beware, it's heavy. One slice lasted me for two meals cause it fills you up really quickly. But it's a great place, easy in and out, delicious food, and it's super affordable. Hands down the best place to get a slice or two in the valley. It's a whole in the wall for sure, but they have incredible toppings and combos. There's always a special of the day and the barbecue chicken, bacon, ranch is killer. If you buy 4 slices, your 5th slice is free, which is a bonus if you're with a few people. Not the Antonio's that I'm used to. Ordered two pizzas, both undercooked and flimsy. I figured they had a bad night. Ordered a second time from here: another pizza and 16 wings (half buffalo and half sweet chili). Received another undercooked pizza and plain wings with one tiny cup of each sauce on the side. This is probably the worst service I have ever received in my life . They are without a doubt the rudest and most incompetent workers I have ever met . But I think they somehow always manage to out do themselves when comes time for a delivery. Since my last review of this place, I've gotten pizza at Antonio's a bunch of times, as I work right down the street. Service is always just fine, pizza selection stays about the same, and I am glad they're there, generally. Today, though, I ordered a vegetable burrito (I don't like the word veggie... whoops now I've said it), and asked for it without cheese, just to save a few calories or whatever. Well, not only did it not have cheese, it didn't have beans or rice. It was seriously underwhelming, and I was really hungry. So I guess if you want a burrito from Antonio's, just know it's going to have to have cheese. It was disappointing. For the 3rd time we have had cold pizza delivered to our house. The wings came warm to almost hot, while the pizza arrived cold and without the requested extra sauce. Obviously the pizza was cooked first and left to sit. We will find another place for pizza. read more

Food is great, prices are also very good. The reason this place gets 3 stars and not 5 is because their website is annoying to work with. I can't order calzones or slices of pizza on the website and have to call them in. There is also no option to make your own wrap or grinder so I have to order one of their default wraps and cancel everything on it and then add what I want. When I call the staff is usually not very helpful either. I get the impression that the staff is not trained and there is a high turnover rate because many dont seem to know what's going on. I have seen many other reviews complain about staff and customer service. read more

We just moved to the area right before Christmas and this was our first time ordering delivery. We heard great things about this place from some family members and friends, so figured it was worth a shot. My boyfriend ordered online and said the process was fairly convenient and easy. The best part was that food did not take long at all to arrive! We ordered a large pepperoni pizza, fries, and tenders. The pizza was cooked PERFECTLY and tasted delicious!! It was a little greasy but only because the pepperoni was very flavorful and a good size. Definitely my go-to pizza place from now on. I can't wait to have some for lunch tomorrow!
