I somehow with the larger a good number of pizza slices but called afterwards & found if I chose party size that would have handled (note for next time) & also put some onions/green peppers & not too bad. Took a church group to Gino's. Pizza is very good. We sampled a lot of different pizza's. Also tried the Italian Soup. It was delicious. Restaurant is under new ownership. New owner is making exciting changes and menu updates. Not just your standard New England pizza place. Need to go try this place. read more

We ordered the "Hot Open Turkey Dinner" and "Chicken Broccoli Dinner" for delivery. It took an hour and a half but that wasn't a problem. When it got here, I saw what I thought was a chocolate pie. I dug into it to find the "chocolate" was a coagulated layer of near black gravy, on top of a tray of ready-made mashed potatoes mixed with a layer of lunch meat turkey slices. Digging to the bottom got me a spoon full of wonder bread... just crappy white bread lining the whole aluminum tray.. with ready made mashed potatoes and like three cents worth of lunch meat. Plus the gross gravy. I've attached a picture of the "chicken broccoli dinner." - Butter, noodles, and probably the scraps of chicken someone didn't want to eat. Pro - We like the pizza over other nearby pizzerias. Con - Confusing pricing policy. In a previous visit, when paying for a pickup at the register, I paid an administration fee of a couple dollars. I assume this was for using a credit card, which I can understand. This subsequent time that I went inside the store to pickup food, I noticed a pricing note on the counter. It indicated that 3.5% was added to the prices due to the use of credit cards and that one can ask for a discount if paying in cash. I told the register person, Michelle, that I was paying in cash and, since I was, would like to avoid the 3.5%. I felt like it was not acknowledged and don't think I paid any less. Btw, she also told the person in front of me who was picking up food that she appreciated a tip, which I thought was not professional. Note - subsequent to my post, the owner was very responsive in addressing the issues noted and I expect the only worry now will be to keep from eating too much of their good food:). read more

One of the house specials is the Idaho pizza. I had mixed feelings about trying it but it was awesome! Super tasty and would definitely recommend! We also decided to order a large salad to get some extra veggies and it was huge and very fresh. Definitely got my money's worth and we will be back! read more

The salads and wraps are delicious!! Always fresh and delivery is generally very fast!

The pizza was cold when we came to pick it up. You could still taste the freezer burn on the shrimp scallops and fries. Will not return or order from this place again. read more

I ordered my pizza on the phone, a Combo with no sausage. Repeated my order 3 times. I came to pick it up and a Combo with Just Sausage was waiting for me. I wish I had the option to leave zero stars. This was the worst meal I have ever had in my life . Fries were soggy, wings were awful and our wrap was made wrong they put a sauce that tasted like it came out of a trash can not even close to a BBQ sauce . Very Frustrating experience with this new pizza shop in town. Ordered a large half pepperoni and half veggie pizza and one fish and chips dinner. This pizzeria opened four months ago and recently sent us a menu in the mail. This menu we used to order from showed a large pepperoni pizza was $14 and a large veggie pizza was $16.99. Fish and chips were listed at $9.99. When placing the order the woman was talking out loud about how she couldn't enter it right numerous times. When she did tell me the order was all set she did not give me a total (so I had no reason to expect I was going to be charged anything different than menu listed prices) or say anything about increased prices since they mailed out menus. As for the pizza, if a pepperoni large is $14 and a veggie is 16.99 I'd expect at the most to be charged for a whole veggie at 16.99 (although it could be argued if half is only one topping then the price should be half way between $14 and $16.99, but that's beside the point). So the order total should be $26.98 before tax. I picked up the order with my two year old and five year old in tow so I slid my card and took the food home. It wasn't until I saw the order receipt slipped into side of pizza box at home that I saw the unexpected and unreasonable charge. I was charged $13.99 for fish and chips and $19.99 for the pizza. Why would fish and chips be $4 more than recently mailed out menu? Why would I be charged $19.99 for a large pizza even if their policy is to charge for a whole specialty pizza instead of taking into account the half with only one topping when a whole large veggie is $16.99? I called and asked and they put owner on the phone. I confirmed how long they had been open for business and was told 4 months. I inquired about how recently a menu is sent to us and we order off of it and now fish and chips has increased by 40%? He was not surprised at my question and immediately started talking about how cost of business increases. I told him it wasn't like I was going off a one year old menu and it was just month prior they mailed me menu. He was unapologetic and minimally understanding as he said twice "I can see your point but....". He quickly referenced his fine print on bottom of back of menu saying "owner reserves right to increase prices". I told him I understand that as a retail manager but 40% in one month and no mention of it when calling and the least they could do is cover themselves by giving customer order total on phone so I could question it then and decide to continue with order or not. The woman who took the order kept me on phone long enough while entering On her screen as she gave me a verbal play by play of her troubles with system so why not give me the total? I was so frustrated I explained how I felt taken advantage of and hung up frustrated after he told me they are handing out new menus (which they did slide on side of box after I paid for my order). My wife then points out the $19.99 pizza price and I told her I was frustrated but done with Gino's and would never buy from them again, and the only reason we tried them is they are open on Monday which our favorite pizza shop down the street Sabrina's is not. She called owner and asked and he said that the pizza we ordered was charged at $17.99 (again a new higher price from the $16.99 from our menu) and an additional one topping (pepperoni). Wait?!? Customers are charged a specialty pizza price then an additional one topping charge when half the pizza is only one topping in first place!?! He offered a credit of $3.00 and she insisted on refund since I made it clear everything that took place with this order seemed shady business. Gino's is at the end of our neighborhood so she went there where the owner mentioned "increased gas prices", "top of line ingredients", and blamed the woman who took the phone order for part of it. The pizza was averaged, the fish and chips were grocery store frozen then baked quality and not the fried fish and chips you expect with take out, and fries were really good. This does not equate to a $33.98 dinner. This is bad business and being unapologetic and updating menu pricing two times in four months (we noticed the pricing on the menu they put in our pizza box was higher prices than the mailed out menu but lower than our charged items), and quoting fine print makes for a feeling of dishonesty. We will never order from them again, which I regret because I like to see small businesses succeed but not at cost of customer. read more
