Our guests LOVED the food truck, crew, presentation and especially the food!! The farm fresh dishes were beautiful, creative and delicious- the brisket was to die for! We knew when it came to the food, we wanted 1) a farm-to-table experience with pure, delicious, locally-sourced ingredients, 2) an elegant but down-to-earth seasonal menu, and 3) plenty of options for our vegan and celiac guests as well as our meat-lovers. Bonus points if our caterers were a pure pleasure to work with. The instant we spoke to Jake about our day, we knew we hit the jackpot. From the beginning, it felt like working with a friend. Jake was open, flexible, professional and generally awesome. Since we planned our wedding in about 10 weeks, I can't tell you what a load off it was to have the catering piece taken care of. Jake and the team were super on-point and helpful with our semi-DIY plans, and they couldn't have been friendlier through the entire process. Oh! And the food was SO good, SO perfect to what we envisioned and our guests have had nothing but highest compliments. I often get cravings for that meal... just delicious. As a side note, before we met in person we visited the Wheelhouse truck at the Amherst Farmer's Market in an impromptu detour and the team was so warm and welcoming to us, having us sample their amazing arepas and chatting with us about our upcoming plans. These are just great people doing great things, making special food and spreading love. Honestly, we couldn't want more than that.

The woman working in the truck didn't really engage much, but she made an incredible hamburger and order of fresh cut french fries. From the time I order until the time I started stuffing my face was under 5 minutes. I was surprised how delicious my food was and happy that I decided to stop. It was nice to sit at their picnic table to eat especially since it was so warm out. The only awkward part was that they were so close to the main road, and I felt like I was on exhibit. Overall, this is a great food truck which is super clean and makes a ton of great food. You need to give it a shot if you are in the street food mood.

This lady is off-the-boat Portuguese and makes Bifanas to order. These are Portuguese pork cutlet sandwiches and hers are first rate. She's got pork marinating and throws it on the griddle with onions, peppers and garlicky butter sauce (I believe, you can barely understand her so I'm not sure!) which are finished with cheese on a squishy roll. It's customary to slather this up with some hot sauce and it is DELICIOUS. For about $7 you can combo it with some very ordinary fries from the freezer and a soda. I've been grabbing these by the handful for years whenever I have out of town guests and they never disappoint. I'm less impressed by her chourico so I just stick to Bifanas. She'll offer you a loyalty punch card that you should grab to earn your free sandwiches. Like any good food truck you'll find a small line of people out front on any given day in any weather. Don't just drive by her on the rotary in the center of town, stop and get your Bifana on!

I'm a tough critic when it comes to food, and they get no notes from me. Every dish was a standout. I've never heard of a scallop roll before, but I want 3 more of them right now. And the lobster grilled cheese will forever hold a special place in my foodie heart. Awesome job guys! Highly, highly recommended!

Shuckin Truck was an absolute hit! They set up the outdoor raw bar...clams (littlenecks), oysters, and shrimp on ice, in a very attractive manner. The table was manned by a charming "shucker". There were an assortment of passed hors d'oeuvres which included lobster grilled cheese lobster triangles...these were indescribably delicious. Everyone was oohing and aahing over these. I also loved the smoked salmon on toast and the small cups of really tasty clam chowder. All the appetizers were incredibly delicious although I would say the lobster grilled cheese was the biggest hit. All of the staff were polite and friendly. After the appetizer round, the lobster rolls came out and they were simply spectacular. They were true New England lobster rolls on toasted square edged (this is key) frankfurter buns, and absolutely stuffed with chunks of delicious lobster meat that had been lightly dressed with mayo. Those rolls were out of this world, deliciously prepared and very generously filled with sweet lobster meat. They also served fabulous fish tacos. For the non-seafood eaters of which there were none at this party, they served a pulled pork taco which was spicy and delicious. The portions were generous and the food just kept on coming out. While there was plenty of additional food at this party from other vendors as well as some homemade additions, Shuckin' Truck was my favorite part of the overall feast. Great job! I would not hesitate to hire them for a party or to seek out the food truck wherever it was parked!
