We love Gina's! We usually order about 1x/month but sometimes as often as 4x/month. We almost always get the cheese but have recently tried the veggie, pepperoni, and sausage when we had family in town. All of our family (most of which live in NY and therefore are picky!) loved the pizza. Our kids love it too. We've never been disappointed at Gina's! Did I mention how affordable they are? I was born and raised in Brooklyn NY and worked in Manhattan. I moved to Cleveland 3 years ago and Gina's Pizza is the best I've had so far in Cleveland. Thin pizza, great crust crunchy yet chewy. Amazing sauce absolutely delicious. I feel like I'm eating pizza at John's of Bleecker Street or Joe's Pizza both in the West Village NYC. A must try. Tried Gina's for the first time tonight. First impression goes a long way. When I got there to pick up my order. One pizza was wrong. They corrected it right away and refunded me no questions asked. I was impressed!!! 10 minutes fresh new pizza and I was off to enjoy. Pizza was very good. Got cheese and Basil. When Gina's first opened it was really good. Everything was very fresh and Gina was nice. That was around 2015-2016. Now I could not say the same. Owners have switched, and the kitchen does not seem to be very clean. Last time I tried ordering they claimed to have run out of dough. Which is fair. But it was 5:00pm. Stopped in for a quick slice after a pedi next door. I was not impressed! It was about 1:30ish and they had a couple, I think 3 pizzas ready to sell by the slice. They looked as if they were made for the lunch hour & had been sitting under heat lamps for far too long. Since I went in, I sort of didn't just want to turn around & leave, so I ordered from the one that looked the least dried out. It was $4 yikes!!! It may look big in the box, but the box was small. Totally not worth the cost especially since it was not fresh out of the oven. Will I ever go back? I don't think so :( read more

Ordered 2 pizzas to split - both half without cheese. No allergy just preference. When we called at 715, the team didn't seem thrilled for our order - perhaps a high schooler after their first day back to school after break? Arrived and feta was on one, they realized "oh ya" that's cheese... We asked for a remake and they forgot the sausage we had added and paid for on that pizza. Gina's Pizza is delicious! I've been ordering pizza's and salads here since the store opened. Recently we had a large specialty pizza called The Rocket. It was tasty, unique and huge in size. There is ample parking, easy to order and they empty smiling staff from the community. Try a pizza here, I know you'll be glad you did. The only thing I miss is the happy welcoming greeting when you walk in that Gina used to give every customer when she owned the business. read more

3 years ago we tried this pizza. We did not like it. However, every family owned spot deserves a second chance. It is our fault for waiting 3 years to retry it. Talk about comeback. The pizza this time was phenomenal. The crust was airy and delicious. The sauce had some tang and was much more flavorful than we remember. The meatballs, the size of golf balls, were super tender and savory. It would be nice if they were more bite size and plentiful on the pizza to even things out but definitely a topping to go for. Redemption. Second chances are fantastic. We will be back for some more and hope from here on out this will be spot we will go to for years to come. read more

Pizza is very good. NY style. However they don't have green peppers as a topping option. Green peppers are crucial for a pizza.

Gina's is delicious! I ordered carryout from Gina's for the first time and was very impressed with how quickly they had my order ready to go. They quoted me only 15-20 minutes on a Saturday night. I ordered a pizza with italian sausage and fresh basil, which was a perfect choice. The sausage was crumbly, just the way I like it. The cheese is thick and flavorful, and the crust is crispy and tasty. However, I did feel that the topping prices were a little steep. For a large pizza, it is $2 per topping, which seemed like a lot for a few basil leaves. read more

We are new to being vegan and the biggest thing my husband misses is a good pizza. We saw this place offered a vegan cheese, so we decided to give it a shot. It was ok. Honestly, I just dont think vegan cheese is good. We've tried a couple and the texture is just weird. It's not horrible. I got veggies on my half and it was fine. Ok, calling all gluten free people: you need to go here! I can't believe this place. It's so amazing, and why have I not known about it longer? It's one of those places where you go there once, and you instantly realize, "Ok, this is being added to the standard rotation." I was there last night for carryout, and I'll be back early next week! Here's the deal. Being gluten free means you miss out on a lot of stuff. These days, most pizza places do offer gf pizza, but in most cases they source their dough from the same places, and it's always the same small, flat little round. Not at Gina's. Their gf dough is homemade, it's a nice big size -- not the rinky dink little ones that everyone else has, and it's tasty! It's also made with quality ingredients -- I detected some tapioca flour in there, and that's the most expensive gf flour you can use. So, this is a HUGE WIN. If you are gf or health conscious, you are going to love it. But, guess what? The goodness doesn't end there. No, actually, it just BEGINS there. The goodness is all over this place: it looks like EVERYTHING they have is legitimately homemade! Like, you know the standard "house salad" that every pizza carryout has: generic bagged salad, maybe some croutons, and (if you're "lucky") a big handful of chemical-laden processed cheez shreds on top. Well, Gina's is NOTHING like that. The house salad was a homemade mix of good greens, nice fresh and thick cuke slices, and nice thoughtful piles of kalamata olives, pepperocinis and the like. No "cheez," but actual (and ample) tumbling of REAL cheese (in my case, fresh feta). The dressing? HOMEMADE! Who in the world offers fricking HOMEMADE dressing anymore? I know that like 40, 50 years ago this was standard, but in Clown World USA most places give you the same chemical laden food-industry dressings. Here they have the real deal Green Goddess, which to the uninitiated is almost like a thick green pesto -- and so good I think I dreamt about it last night! And they have other, equally good dressings. I know I'm going on and on but I just can't stop raving about this place. And I didn't even get to the pizzas yet ... well, trust me, they're fantastic. The Godmother comes with big mounds of ricotta and mozzarella and has all the garlic and oil flavor you would expect. And nice big fresh sprigs of basil. This isn't just pizza, this is like health food pizza. And the price is outrageously reasonable -- you practically can't cook at home this cheap. For a big specialty pizza and a huge salad, you spend about $18. Nice! Gosh, I love this place. I'm a new regular. I hope everybody goes here. The owners deserve massive kudos for doing it right! read more

Good luck getting an order in if the workers aren't in a rush to some little underage high school party. I've tried ordering from this place and under multiple occasions they don't take orders an hour or two before closing or just don't answer the phone. The excuses I've heard are relentless. Ordered here for the first time. After a 90 minute wait on a Friday nite, picked up pizza -- it was cold. My son liked the sausage pizza /and we got the Godmother specialty pizza. Very bland and too much cheese for us. We ordered the antipasto and thought it was a salad - but ii did not include any lettuce. But it was tasty. Well that was disappointing after all I've heard about it. I'll start with what I like. The mozzarella chunks in the salad were so good. Had this little touch of saltiness that I really enjoyed. The veggies in the salad were good and plentiful. The small salad is huge! The homemade Italian dressing is excellent. Yea, that's about it. I didn't like the actual salad...it's arugula and spinach and other leaves. Not my favorite but I won't knock them for that. I think most people are fine with that. There wasn't enough dressing for that massive salad. And we ordered the Godmother pizza. It was not good at all. I don't have one nice thing to say about it. I wish I had come here first as I now see someone else said it wasn't good. It was BAD. Way too much mozzarella cheese and not enough ricotta. I didn't think it was possible to over cheese pizza. Maybe it was over cooked? Not sure but it was bland and felt like work just eating it. My wife and I each ate one piece...and threw it away. That's never happened. Our son had a small cheese pizza and loved it. It was fine so fast I didn't get to try it. So we will certainly try it again..but we'll go with something more traditional next time. read more

THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE GLUTEN FREE PIZZA ONLY. I would really give 2 stars.... But the size of the pizza makes up for the complete lack of taste. Most pizza places give you a very small, one person pizza when ordering gluten free. Gina's actually gives you a pretty big size pizza that two or more people could easily split. I also give them props for making their own crust - again, most GF pizzas are premade crust. But Gina's makes the effort in that regard. On the flip side - the presentation is fantastic, but the pizza completely lacks flavor. You look at it and want to take a big bite... but as you're chewing your smile goes from ear-to-ear to "WTF?". There is literally no taste to this pie. Oh well... that stinks because they are so convenient to our new home in Westlake. I will give their regular pizza a try - but my wife has celiac, so we need a place that has great regular and GF pizza. So far Geppetto's is hands down the best for both. But they are all the way in North Olmsted. read more
