We were a party of 8 and the menu had something for everyone! Great happy hour menu, many items to choose from. Waiter was very attentive and handled our large party without any issues. We ordered a bit of everything sushi was great apps were tasty. Would definitely return great for a date night, or a girls lunch!

Stopped in for happy hour and totally worth it. The Spanish Fly roll (yellowtail, spicy crab, and tuna) was legit one of the best rolls I've had in a while. Super fresh and just the right kick. Happy hour deals were solid. Margaritas were surprisingly good (not the watered-down kind) and the calamari was crispy and actually had flavor -- would 100% get it again. The staff was awesome too. Really friendly and gave great suggestions from their huge specialty menu. You can tell they actually care about what they're serving. Definitely coming back. Great vibe, great food, great drinks.

This is a nice sushi spot! I often stop by to get my kid the little bento box, which is always a hit. It comes with fruit, edamame, your choice of rice or noodles, and a sushi roll--all for about $11. It's filling, and the service is always fast and friendly. The interior decor is pretty standard for an Asian restaurant of this type. I tried the Cloud 92.0, and while it wasn't my favorite, that's just personal preference, not a reflection of the restaurant. I've had other sushi from here, and it was good!

Food was delicious and the drinks. Service was great. Ambience is nice for a chill or a date.

Came here for the first time with two coworkers when I was in Westlake for work. Did not know it was a chain and was told it was amazing. Sidenote, I'm born and raised in New York City. So I think my expectations were something else and I was very much disappointed. The rolls were decent, but they didn't have any classic sushi rolls that you would find in any Japanese restaurant. Like a tuna or yellowtail or eel. I felt each roll had way too many ingredients that did not belong in a sushi roll. I liked the edamame, wontons and crispy rice much more than any of the rolls. The ginger Yuzu cocktail I had was quite delicious. But if you're looking for good sushi, I would not recommend coming here however I am not from the area so maybe this is the best place given what's in the surrounding restaurants. The service was great, very attentive. The space was nice as well. I went for a 5:30 PM dinner so it wasn't loud or crowded.

Grabbed a quick lunch at this location. Great service and fast turnaround. Enjoyed a spicy roll of 8 pieces for a reasonable price.

Blue Sushi Sake Grill is a chain that has restaurants in about a dozen states. I made a reservation for two people for this particular restaurant in Cleveland. The menu listed foods such as miso soup, seaweed salad, edamame, nigiri, sashimi, maki, chocolate spring rolls, and mochi ice cream. A full bar offered beverages such as sake, cocktails, wines, beers, teas, and other non-alcoholic drinks. Please see my attached photos for the menu in May 2024. I appreciated that options were available for raw, not-raw, fish, and vegan foods. The seating hostess promptly seated my husband and me at a table that was sticky and could have been cleaned better. The waitress's service was very, very slow. I think that she was actually the bartender and that the restaurant was understaffed. My husband and I waited many, many minutes to order our drinks and foods. We had ordered a total of four foods, and the waitress brought out only three of the foods. At the end of our meal, we told her that she never gave us the fourth food, so she asked a manager to remove it from our bill. Here are our ratings for the foods: Mango crab rangoon - 4 stars - Crispy wonton wrappers were filled with crab, cream cheese, and scallions and served on top of mango and pepper sauces. These crab rangoons tasted good but were slightly oilier than what other restaurants serve. Spicy sake maki - 4 stars - Five pieces of maki contained raw salmon, cucumber, and spices. The ingredients were fresh but could have used slightly more flavor. Cabo roll - 4.5 stars - Eight pieces of raw maki contained tuna, crab, and cucumber. My husband said that this maki tasted very good. Cherry bomb nigiri - ? - We ordered this entree but never received it. Yelp's app had notified me of a $10-off coupon, so I presented it to the waitress, and she deducted $10 from our bill. (Thank you, Yelp!) Overall, the prices were reasonable. The waitress told my husband and me "Thank you" and "Have a good day."

Stopped on New Year's Day for lunch. We had a great experience and the items we had were fire. Service was also great. Started with shishitos and rangoons. Swear I would have ordered more and just ate those if I wanted to just be a big back. So good! Had the Crunchy LA and tried the Cowgirl. Again, really good! We will be back.

Enjoyed a quick bite after doing some shopping at Crocker Park. We loved the sushi rolls and wine selection. The lettuce wraps were delicious. Bartenders were friendly. Music was a little loud but it was a Friday night! My only complaint was that I ordered the Hot Rock Beef and they did not bring me a grilling utensil or a fork. Additonally, there was no second plate so I had to put my cooked beef back on my raw meat plate. That process needs a little fine tuning but overall the beef was delicious and the spicy yuzu ponzu sauce was to die for. Will be back!

I visited blue with friends and all of the food tasted great! The sushi was fresh. I was also impressed with the number of vegan options on the menu. The restaurant was clean and service was quick. I would definitely visit again.

We went for lunch! Great service with a very informative waitress . The sushi, salad and sashimi were so fresh and so good. Always a go to spot for good sushi

We made a reservation for Saturday night but they had open tables available too. We started out with cocktails that were delicious. Love the unique Japanese spin on classic cocktails. We shared 3 rolls and one Nigiri and it was the perfect amount for my husband and I. The cherry bomb was actually my favorite. But they all were fresh and the rice slightly warm which I love. For the Midwest, this was really great sushi!

This is my favorite sushi place around! I have been coming here since they opened a few years ago, and it has never disappointed me. The service is always nice. The food is consistently good. I love going to the all day happy hour on Sundays!

The restaurant has a bright, airy atmosphere that feels welcoming even on a slightly cloudy day. The staff was attentive, friendly, and helpful from the moment we arrived. Their Happy Hour menu offered several tempting options, and we sampled a variety of dishes. We started with the Crispy Thai Shrimp, which delivered the perfect balance of sweetness and heat. Kitchen Social is known for its artisan dough pizzas, so we ordered the mushroom pizza, and it certainly did not disappoint. We also tried the Korean BBQ Cauliflower and the Shrimp & Grits...both flavorful and well executed. Since it was Happy Hour, we naturally enjoyed a few cocktails to accompany the meal. We sampled both the Maple Old Fashioned and the traditional Old Fashioned, then ventured a bit further with the Tequila Thyme and the Sangria. Each cocktail was well crafted and enjoyable in its own right. Best of all, because it was Happy Hour, the experience was easy on the wallet. Great food, excellent service, enjoyable drinks, and a welcoming atmosphere make Kitchen Social a place I'll definitely be returning to.

The facility is far bigger than I thought it would be. They have a central restaurant with multiple party centers on either side. It's a really BIG facility. New, modern, and quite attractive. With plenty of convenient parking. The wall of the restaurant that faces Cleveland Hopkins Airport is all glass. It affords you quite an impressive view of the airport and the planes landing. The staff we met was pleasant and efficient. Our server, Mina, did an excellent job all night. If there was a weak point, it would be the food. It was not bad (I'm trying to be kind); it was just uninspired, limited, and not really well prepared. Because they do not offer bread for the table our only option was to order the "Soft Pretzel". It arrived badly overcooked, crunchy not soft, and even boardering on burnt. The charcuterie board was OK, but uninspired. I ordered the "Lemon Chicken" which was a full half chicken in a reasonably good sauce. But the meat was dry and it came only with brussel sprouts (yuk!). My wife had the "Walleye" which she simply said was "okay"... oh well. Our guests weren't any more impressed than we were. I will say our coffee and "Pot de Creme" were very good... thank goodness. All in all, our overall experience was "meh"... just "meh". Sorry - really probably should be 3.5

We dropped in for Happy Hour, looking for cocktails and a few bites, and were immediately struck by the well-appointed space. The runway views at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport added an unexpected layer of entertainment--watching planes take off and land while toasting 14 years of marital bliss felt like the perfect backdrop. We started strong with a French 75 and an Old Fashioned--both expertly crafted, but that Old Fashioned? Smooth, balanced, and memorable enough to set the tone for the entire evening. Wednesday happens to be Wing Day ($2 whole wings), and we took full advantage. We sampled Buffalo, Sweet & Tangy BBQ, Lemon Pepper Dry Rub, and the undeniable star of the show: Garlic Parmesan. Each had its own personality, but that Garlic Parmesan was simply elite. Service was impeccable--Emily was attentive without being intrusive, making sure our experience flowed as effortlessly as the cocktails. Speaking of which, round two brought a Cosmo alongside a repeat of that Old Fashioned...because when you find the right note, you stay in that key. For food, we shared the French Dip Baguette--shaved prime rib, provolone, horseradish aioli, and au jus done right--and paired it with the Mega Crunch Fries, elevated with sea salt, rosemary, and a light truffle oil drizzle. Simple menu items, executed with intention. We closed the evening the same way we began--together, with one final round of Old Fashioneds. A Happy Hour well spent. A celebration well honored. A 14-year journey still taking off.

I was excited to stop in for a cocktail. We love finding quaint new places with an interesting appeal and from afar this certainly met those details. However, we stopped in this past Saturday, for my daughter's birthday celebration. I was super pumped to come back - ( see sentences above! ) Anyway, 4 of us walked in ( there would be a total of 6 ) and while yes it's small, not too small for a small party of 6. There was a couple at the bar and a girl who was drinking a mimosa in a robe so I think it's safe to assume she was getting a treatment from the spa. We had been inside about 10-15 minutes with no bar tender or staff to be seen. I saw the couple received their drinks but while we were taking pics, I never saw a staff member- so I asked them if there was anyone taking orders. He said yes, they were in other room. Still nobody coming out. Our other two members of our party arrived and we looked at menus and still no one. Finally, a girl comes out. Walks over, does not even say hello, and says: do you want drinks?!?! We put our orders in and 1 minute later she comes out and says, um this table is reserved ( or something close to that ) in 20 minutes and actually we will probably need both tables soooo.........so I guess that was our que to say never mind. I guess had they come out and taken our order when we first arrived it would have been fine, but we weren't looking to do shots with our full size drinks. No apologies or anything just like ok bye when we said we would go somewhere else. So here's my input: 1. Sacred Hour- do not advertise this space to the outside community if you can only accommodate your clients that are receiving services. 2. Train your staff. A hello, A greeting, something, anything. Not - "do you want drinks?!" That in itself was so distasteful. Not to mention the prices of drinks are not cheap. This is an upscale place ( or appears to be ) 3. Bottom line- we will not return. Quite honestly, I'm not sure if I would return back to this location for my spa services either. I think that people have forgotten how to be courteous and polite. People do not realize ( or maybe they do and just don't care ) that the reason they stay in business is because of their customers. Treating your customers with kindness is epic. You know the old saying - you get more bees with honey?!? Well, Tribu- maybe you should rethink this and add it to your training instead of coffee or tea!
