After a long day of driving, my family and I stopped to eat here. At first, the chips and salsa were very good. We ordered cheese and they brought us melted yellow American cheese instead of the white cheese. We were disappointed but that's not all. I ordered the lunch fajita combo. Visited first time for lunch. Nice and clean atmosphere. I had beef fajitas. The meet was tender and portion size was good to fill three tortillas. My only complaint is all the food was bland. No seasoning on the fajita meat. I had to add salt to beans, rice and salsa. read more

We have been to this place at least 5 times and the food is very good. Hubby loves the tortilla soup. I like the fact that the sauces are not overly spiced. I get chicken enchiladas usually or carne asada and very happy with taste, service and decor. They had piano recital one Sunday and that was sweet. read more

I'm originally from Weatherford but no longer live in the area. We recently held a Surprise 80th Birthday party for my grandmother. We had the event on a Saturday early afternoon and I'm giving Antonio's 5 Stars because their execution of our event was stellar. We ended up having 32 guests. I was fearful at first because we only had one server, Adrian. I know my family and how difficult they can be, Adrian was a professional! He not only took great care of all of us, but he maintained a smile and courteous demeanor the entire time. Jose was the manager that day and was quick to address any special needs. We initially had difficulty securing a reservation for the event, I'm so glad we found Antonio's! This was a Great Experience and we hope visit you again soon! My family and I had dinner here on Friday night. We were not impressed. The salsa and chips were really good, we were looking forward to the rest of the meal. The carne asada was not bad but the carne guisada was barely even edible. The meat was very tough, hard to chew and the sauce might as well have been tomato sauce straight out of the can. The waitress was ok but left us alone for long periods. We ordered a cup of queso, but they forgot about it. The waitress arrived with our food and then later brought the queso. Unfortunately, the queso was really bad. We will likely not be back. Awesome place for great tex/mex. The owners are super friendly and always remember us. Their chips and salsa are the best I've ever had at a Mexican restaurant. I've never ordered anything I didn't like. The Ana's is great and I love the grilled chicken salad. Also I would recommend any of the egg dishes. My family and myself absolutely love this place. Not only is the food delicious but the service is always fantastic! The managers Antonio and Jose are great guys and go out of their way to greet us, shake are hands, joke with the kiddos, and to make us feel at home. Came here for the first time with my husband and 4 month old son this afternoon. This place was bomb! Did not disappoint. We loved the potatoes included on his beef fajitas, they were well seasoned. I enjoyed the supper enchiladas plate. And the rice was cooked just perfectly. We live in Round Rock, Tx but travel every weekend to Weatherford/ FW for my husbands job. We can't wait to come back. Ask for the waiter Jesus, he was great and friendly and always checked in on us. Even gave us frosted mugs for our beers. That was a huge hit! read more

I am passing through Weatherford on my way back to Abilene from Irving, and I stopped in at Antonio's. The atmosphere is relaxing and pleasant. The chips and salsa are just right. The service is excellent, and the food (chile relleno) is very good. I plan to make this a regular stop when traveling to or from the Metroplex. read more

Stopped for lunch while on business, and the place was busy, but the service was good and the food pretty good. I had a lunch plate with a cheeses enchilada and a taco. The sauce over the enchilada was quite tasty and the taco was good enough to pass the favorable test. They do serve some great KRISPY chips along with a tangy hot sauce. Antonio's is always great.. located in Weatherford, it has become our new favorite restaurant outside of the DFW Metroplex. The atmosphere is clean and decorated with a Tex Mex kind of vibe. I always start off with a frozen margarita, and if you're ordering a meal, plan on only having one because their 'ritas our large and pack an equal sized punch. So far, everything on the menu has been great, but my favorite has to be the chicken chimichanga topped with queso. The beef & chicken fajitas are also good, and my son is sold on their grilled shrimp tacos. Aside from the food, the place is always well staffed with prompt and friendly waitstaff. The other day, I ask for chalupa, instead of other item..DONT DO THAT..the waiter didnt seem happy, then later, he kept asking me[ with this smile]; 'is your food good? I say yes, as we go out the door, he says with this big smile; hope your food was good.. then, next day, I have a sore throat/ coughing!! as I think back where did I go, then, as waiter seemed weird.. Beef fajitas were VERY tasty and tender. Good guacamole and salsa. The manager was very attentive, making sure customers were taken care of.

My mother, father, and I stopped here to eat as we were passing through weatherford and overall it was pretty good. The hot sauce was a little tomatoey the guacamole was great and so was the food food and their portions were enough to fill me up. Visited here tonight and found it to be quite authentic and fresh. Service was prompt, beer was ice cold and food was delicious. My father is an aficionado of fajitas and said the beef was the most tender he'd ever had. He thought the adding of potatoes was especially interesting and good. Our favorite place for Mexican food in Weatherford. The chips and salsa are addictive. The food is good and reasonably priced. Service is quick and always friendly. We've tried the fancier restaurants that have opened recently. The higher prices don't equate to better food. And the prices here make eating fast food a matter of speed only. First time here. My boyfriend and I came here for only one thing, a shrimp cocktail...it was disgusting! I love shrimp cocktails and this one was just gross, my boyfriend wasnt a fan either. We told our server, she apologized, but they couldn't do a refund because of new management? It was only $10, whatever. Two negative things i have to say,1 the poor problem handling service from the management, 2 a manager came up to us and said something along the lines of, "you eat the shrimp, not the juice" was he telling us or asking us?.. well, we were fine until you came across as condescending, sir. What's the point of only eating the shrimp, but can't enjoy the juice? What a waste!! The juice isnt to be enjoyed at all? That's dumb. I have always finished my cocktails, shrimp and all, but not this one. We didn't bother arguing over a cocktail, even after his odd remark. They seem to have wanted us to know why we werent getting a refund, but we didn't ask why, we were just going to leave it as is, whatever. The remark or statement was not necessary.
