Nice place, friendly staff and great food. We stop here to give them a try, for the minute I walked into the door I was wowed. Hostess greeted us with a smile and seated us immediately. The server was there within seconds with chips and salsa. Order drinks and they were excellent. Table side guacamole, was on point. Favorite full and just the perfect heat. I ordered the chile relleno, stuffed with shrimp and a cheese sauce. Served on a bed of diced squash diced and lightly grilled. The squash had a nice smoky flavor and not over cooked with a nice texture. All topped with a special sauce. A hint of sweetness. It all complimented each other, nothing overpowered the other. Each favor pallet was present. The side of rice was good, but no wow factor. The server "Juan" was EXCELLENT! Very attentive!! He knew his job and preformed it well. Served the food, gave us a couple minutes to view it and taste it and returned to see all was good. He was always on top of the situation. Just one small thing that's a turn off, never serve a basket with broken and pieces of chips. But I still give you a five! Because I eaten Mexican food from the west to the east and plate knocked it out of the park. to the chef and Wow Juan GREAT SERVICE YOUNG MAN!!!!!

    Cheers!

voice recognition erred: i didn't refer to "the white staff" --. I was referring to "the wait-staff". in other words-- the waiters and waitresses -- who were very good. Also, if you read all my other reviews, you will see I very rarely give anything less than a four-star rating. I take no pleasure in giving this place of poor rating. In the next year or so, I promise you I will try it again. If the food is improved, I will delete this one and post a better one! When I go into Restaurant, I am sincerely hoping for a wonderful experience. it has to be rather abysmal for me to leave it one or two stars.

Visiting the area for baseball and ran across this beautiful restaurant. Friday afternoon, not too busy. Waited was very nice. Drinks were good! And the food was good and different. I would visit again if in the area. I had the seafood enchiladas.

The food was a culinary delight. The flavors melded together beautifully. This is the perfect destination for a taste sensation that dreams are made of. From the preparation of the guacamole at my table side, to the beauty presentation of our main course and ending with a delicious dessert, I enjoyed every bite.

It's was Cinco De Mayo weekend! I received an invite to Oaxaca Mexican Cuisine in Weatherford. A Tejano Band Called, Latin Magic was performing outdoors for the occasion. There was a lot going on in this restaurant. There was an outdoor party underneath the tent that was going on right outside. So, the staff was taking care of them. There was a 40th birthday party going on and a party in VIP room too. So, all hands were on deck. So, our wait seemed like an hour? We had a Caucasian waiter that was patient and bent over backwards for my friend. He went MIA for awhile so, my friend had to ask someone else for help but, he couldn't speak English well so, my friend had to speak Spanish. He seemed overwhelmed but, he managed. Hot sauce and Chips were delicious. Chili Reno tasted sort of earthy? The seeds and core were not removed. The Cheese Sauce was bland but the Chili Con Carne was seasoned well and tasty. White Queso was warm and tasty. I really enjoyed, despite the negative reviews. I was glad to be able to eat here. I've passed by this restaurant a few times. Now, I can say I've eaten here. You should stop in and tell me what you think?

We're fans!!! Okay the presentation of the food is impressive to start! The salad is a whole meal all by itself with the freshest of ingredients! My fajitas came out sizzling and mom's enchiladas look mouth-watering. She immediately took a bite and said, "Oh yes! This is good!" The salsa chips are cooked fresh and nice and salty. The salsa has a kick to it with a lot of lime taste! I had coffee because we're vacationing while I'm on set filming and it was really good! My cream has its own cup! You won't be disappointed! When you walk up, you feel like you're entering a really expensive restaurant! It's not!! You'll thank me, so "You're welcome" in advance!!! Oh, we had to try the tres leches cake! It's soo goood!!!

We came to this restaurant after we left On The Border up the street. We were tired of waiting for a table so I said let's go try it. The place is very cozy and inviting. They have a nice bar with comfortable chairs in the center. We sat in a table off from the kitchen and bar and our waitress was Natalie. We ordered the melon margaraita of the day and a Sangria swirl and queso. Drinks came quickly and the bowl of queso was right behind it. Queso had beef added. It is the white think queso which we don't really care for. I regretted ordering it at $11 for the bowl. I ordered a small tortilla soup and hubs ordered Enchiladas Rancheras. I wouldn't order it again as it had no flavor but I tried the enchiladas and they were good. Staff is on top of it hear! Drinks, food anything you ask for comes out quickly. I'll visit again and choose something else. I'm pretty sure I saw someone roll a tray by with tableside guac.

Solid food and drinks for a dinner out! Highly recommend their infused tequila - many different flavors and delicious. The chips and salsa are homemade and really great. I'd bottle up the salsa! Server was friendly. Restaurant is your typical Tex Mex vibe. Only reason for four stars is due to the main dish. Don't get me wrong, it was good, just seems a little pricier for the quality. Will definitely go back still, especially for that tequila and salsa!

Kyler was an excellent waiter & kept us supplied with plenty of delicious chips, salsa & cold drinks--what more could you ask for? All of us had various entrees & the only complaint was that the ground beef on the taco salad was cold. And when we alerted Kyler he corrected this quickly. The fajitas were excellent with a lot of onions & bell peppers. The fajitas for 1 was ordered for 2 people & was sufficient for both of us, even with enough to take home for leftovers. The frozen margaritas were very tasty & paired well with our entrees. Oh, the many pictures of customer's dogs on the walls was a nice homey touch & fun to look at. All in all it was a good Tex-Mex experience for us all & we'll definitely be back. And we'll ask for Kyler if he's available.

Awful service feedback regarding our visit to Chuy's in Weatherford today on Father's day around…read more7pm. I have heard negative things about this location on the Weatherford Facebook page, and the choice was between Cheddar's, and Chuy's, my family suggested Cheddar's, and I chose to dine with you, but unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing due to poor service from Ryanne N. regarding the following issues during my visit: Slow, and inattentive service to the point that we had to flag down another server over to our table minutes after the disappearanceof our server, even though the restaurant did not appear overly busy. But the icing on the cake was that when she finally came and asked if we were okay, and i made her aware of substandard service, and told her that my food arrived cold, incorrect, and poorly prepared "tortilla torn to shreds, and soggy from being 8n the window too long. She became rude, and defensive statind " I have been doing TOGO Orders this whole time, and I'm tired" her arrogance, and inability to hear feedback changed the mood of the whole table. Her manager came and offered to swap the order for something else but by then the rest of the table were done and the vibe had changed. Never did we get an apologetic comment. So with that said i wish i had chosen Cheddar's since they dont have a problem with brown people over there. The lack of professionalism, and Staff arrogance is a problem that you guys need to fix at once because never have we dined in a place with such subtle defensive server as we did with Ryanne As a paying customer, I expect a basic standard of hospitality and efficiency, just like anyone else butthe poor experience significantly detracted from what was meant to be an enjoyable evening. And that was worse. Please do better

Sounds like it was called "The Shed" ( https://www.yelp.com/biz/the-shed-weatherford-4 ), but now it's called Manny's Cafe. Unless you enter from the west end of the building, you must walk through David's to get to Manny's. It's an odd experience, and you really wonder if there is a place to eat back here... But keep walking, and follow the signs, and you do find a sit down restaurant complete with table service. Breakfast and lunch is served. We came for lunch. For lunch I had a burger. Thuy had the catfish. Burger was OK. Nothing fancy. Just your basic burger with LOPT (lettuce, onion, pickle, tomato). Thuy's catfish is more noteworthy. I don't think it was a frozen product, and do believe it was cornmeal battered to order, as where the onion rings, which came highly recommended. Very tasty. It was a neat dining experience, and glad we tried it. Also, special shout out to the woman working the dinning room. I forgot her name, but she was super sweet and friendly, and answered our numerous questions with a smile. Oh, and the tip on the onions rinds was appreciated. We are glad we ordered them! Afterwards, we did wander through David's, and that was a neat experience too. Cell service is kinda sketchy, but there is free WiFi (see photo). Bottom line: Kinda wish I had tried the previous place too.
