While waiting, I watched the counter employee speak to another customer in a condescending and sarcastic manner. I was shocked that guy would openly insult a customer in front of others. When it was my turn, another employee claimed not to remember assisting me previously (but recalled the car) and then denied offering me the same price for an OEM key that had been discussed during my first two visits. The other employee then jumped in and claimed that Ford OEM keys often "don't work" and have to be sent back, so best I go with the no-name generic key. I did not appreciate the conflicting stories, the lack of professionalism, or the shop's refusal to honor what I had been told during two prior visits. As a long-time customer, it's frustrating to see how far this business has fallen. Because I don't like being lied to, I will take my business elsewhere and, of course, cannot recommend this shop to anyone.
