Does not adhere to appointment times previously scheduled. At my most recent appointment yesterday, "TayTay" (or something like that) took a last minute customer before me, saying it was just for a polish change. I don't care what it was for ~ I was there 15 minutes prior to my appointment, and did not appreciate the rude and insensitive actions of this manicurist. Will not be returning, and would not recommend it to anyone. read more

I'm super impressed with this studio. I've gone twice and both times Ty Ty knocked it out of the park with the attention to detail and proper methods. I needed a mess of a set removed from my previous technician at another salon. My nails were soaked and not pulled off, then she took her time to sculpt them and give me the shape I wanted. I went back for a refill today and got them cut down and reshaped based on a inspiration picture. The color was spot on and I'm super happy with the outcome. Will be making this my go to place from now on. So glad I found this studio. read more

I've been on a hunt for a nail studio that I liked for months. Lots of salons offer hard gel, but none seem to get it right--it's painful and comes out lumpy. Anusa, on the other hand, is INCREDIBLE. Nay has done my nails twice now, and I couldn't be happier. She pays attention to every detail, shaping each nail perfectly and both times I've been in, she's able to recreate the photos of hand-painted nail art I show her without a flaw. Nay repaired my nails from a botched manicure at another salon, and my nails keep looking better and better with each visit. I drive nearly 40 minutes each way from Philly for this salon, which should tell you how wonderful they are. The salon is clean, bright, and everyone is so kind. My nails have come out wonderfully both times I've been. The salon is run by only two lovely ladies, so I recommend booking an appointment since they fill up fast! I'm so glad to have found my go-to nail spot. read more

I went to Anusa nails today for a pedicure and was very disappointed. The pedicure took about 10-12 minutes total (a little longer if I count the time I waited) for $33 charge. I had an appointment but it seemed that they were unable to make time for me. I asked if this was a normal experience as it seemed like more of a polish change - they told me that it was, and that if I wanted a longer pedicure, I had to request that in advance and pay more. Overall I wanted to love this salon based on the other reviews but I am sad to say that it was very disappointing. read more

Visited yesterday for the first time after seeing reviews on yelp. This was my first professional pedi since COVID bc I've been very concerned about getting any salon services. The two women who own & run the shop could not have been more wonderful. They ask you to wash your hands upon arrival. Then you select your service and they begin. The shop was very clean and they wipe down behind every customer for COVID safety. They take time with clients and space bookings well. The shop is pretty and spacious too. I got a pedi with paraffin wax (amazing!) and lovely color. So pleased. This business is great addition to the neighborhood :) read more

I have searched long and hard as I am picky and found Anusa just down the Street from the other place I went to before. i have been twice now and the two gals are amazing. They take their time. Anusa Nail Studio - Not only is this salon spotlessly clean, TyeTye and her sister are fabulous craftswomen. Their work is impeccable. My original Dip lasted more than three weeks, (I went away on vacay and did not have time to get into the salon). So today I went back to get another one......I also had a wonderful pedicure. My daughter and I had a scheduled appointment for 3:30 10/6/2022. They called my daughter 9 times earlier in the afternoon to see if we could come in early so they may finish their day earlier (not the first time this has happened). Upon our arrival I waited over 15 minutes past my appointment time as my manicurist was picking her son up from school. Obviously , their time was more important than ours. My pedicure was very short. My nails were clipped but not filed and cuticles not pushed back. My manicure was also quick and my polish was peeling off within 48 hours. I asked for nail designs but was told it is unable to be done on regular polish because it dries too fast, needless to say I have been having it done for 15 years at other places. I am sure that she was pushing me out for her next appointment that was waiting. My daughter's gel manicure had issues as well and not as good as it should be. It is clear that their time is much more important than mine and my daughters and the quality of the work shows when they want to close early. $135 down the drain. The mask policy is also ridiculous since the child runs around with mask on and off. read more
