Fired my nail people at Babi Nails today. Here is why: They charged me take my polish off my toes when I got a pedicure. I requested no polish back on. When they did the charges, I noticed they charged me an extra 10 to take it off. I said I could see if I came in and just wanted my polish off but I got a top shelf pedicure where they take the polish off anyway. I said I feel like you are nickel and diming me. This is not right. Did you charge me extra to take the polish off my nails. They said no because it is part of the manicure service. I said exactly so why are you changing to take it off for a pedicure? Gave them every opportunity to retract. They did not. I said I am a good customer that has been coming for years and I always tip really well. I will not be back. Shame for me and more so for them! I wanted tips put on and she did but 2 of them fell off after a few days I would not recommend this nail salon.

I had a poor experience overall, and I was Charged 75 dollars for an acrylic fill and 60 dollars for a pedicure.

To start, Babi's is very clean. The atmosphere is relaxing. They don't rush and are very throuough. Beautiful job every time.

$180 on the worst gel refill and gel pedi. Went there on a Saturday and there was NOBODY in there now I know why. And the woman "Hahnna" was unbelievably rude felt like I was at a high school being bullied by girls. read more

Worst pedicure I've ever had. All she did was scrub, and cover me with some kind of oil that she didn't bother to remove so it was hard to even walk out, or drive, because I was slipping everywhere. No massage whatsoever, just punched my legs for like 30 seconds. She wouldn't even help me in or out of the bowl, she just kept telling me to move, barking orders at me. Polish looks okay, but it generally does anywhere. She kept moving the chair back so it was harder and harder to even move where she wanted me to be, and when I expressed that I didn't want to move back, she just ignored me. She demanded payment at the end, super abruptly, interrupting me while I was speaking to a friend. The nail tech who was working on my friend asked her for a tip and then counted it in front of her.... Laughably bad. My feet don't even feel nice, just oily. I literally would have had better experience if I had done it myself. The place wasn't "dirty" but it certainly wasn't "clean," or "fresh." Exterior is super washed out, aged, and unclean. Interior wasn't much better. The trays on all their chairs seemed to be very old, leaning or broken. Very very basic, bottom of the barrel service, with a rude tech who did the absolute minimum for $34. read more

never will go back to this place ever. went to get nails done for a wedding got toes done already chipped 2 hours later the paint must be old or just not good. i did French on my nails after I got out of the shower half of them chipped I am so annoyed and disappointed now I need to get them fixed again before the wedding ..... will never go back to expensive for being unhappy read more

This place is the best, I have been to a bunch of nail salons in the area and none are quite as good as Babi nails. It's pretty standard when you walk in and doesn't look much different from any neighborhood nail salon, but they really care about their customers here. My pedicures are always really well done and usually last me a month, they take their time and give awesome foot massages. What's also nice is they only have opi or Essie polish options, no cheap china glaze stuff. They also are masters at waxing eyebrows too. read more

Last visit the VERY inexperienced nail technician basically cut off the tip of my second toe. To add insult to injury the owner charged me for the manicure but not the pedicure that I never received. Afterwards he Chased me down in the parking lot where I was hobbling to my car to present me with a coupon for a free manicure my next visit. I just had to write this review today, I have been coming to Babi Nails for years and always had a great experience, but this past Monday I brought my Mom who is currently in a wheelchair due to an injury and the staff was outstanding. They helped me get Mom out of the car and into the salon, helped me get her into the pedicure chair and did her manicure in the pedicure chair so we didn't have to move her with injury to often. They were amazing. They helped me get Mom back in the car and on our way. Thanks for making Mom feel so special. It meant a lot to both of us. Customer service at its finest ! read more

Today I went to have my gel pedicure removed and a regular pedicure put on. The nail tech Julia proceeded to grab the cutical cutter to remove my gel pedicure instead of wrapping them in foil with acetone. I jumped right away and said something. She then filed and wrapped them in foil, but only because I said something. Additionally, she did not use any cutical softener to remove my cuticals. Terrible all around. They also file the nails down way too harshly. I will not be back to this salon EVER! read more

There are not many nail salons near my home, but this one was legit. Their prices were a little higher than the other shops near it, but the service was far superior. They did a great job. Not only did they do my mani and pedi at the same time which was a huge time saver, but they gave me a massage as my nails dried. Top it all off with the fact that they offer a discount after so many visits and a discount on your birthday. I will be visiting this salon again! read more

My first and last visit. Not pleased with my nails. Received a pedicure/gelvpolish and some corners on my toes has no polish. Also got a refill in the dip with gel color. Two days later my nails are chipping. Paid $95. Should have gone to my regular salon where I pay $65, but I was passing Flourtown to meet friends and decided to give them a try. Job was rushed since they close at 7pm and I arrived around 5:45pm. If they weren't able to perform the needed services, they could have told me to come back another day because it takes time to remove gel polish from the feet and hands. I'm trying yo enjoy my pedicure while someone was working on my hands to remove the gel polish. Really. read more

I try LOTS of nail places but I have to say, i always come back to Babi. For the same money as everywhere else, you get high quality products, experienced techs, and lots of little extras like the back/arm massage while you dry; your own box of files/shapers; a staff that actually knows your name...and of course, free lollipops! read more

charged $60 for an acrylic refill and took an hour and a half. tried to argue that a refill was $25 on the board and was told there were additional charges that somehow made it $60. took way too long to do and i will not go back read more

I love Babi! I don't get to go alot but when i need some pampering, it's the best! Was there today for mani/pedi. Hannah was awesome! Very friendly, knowledgable and took a lot of time. Wish i could go more often! read more
