I showed the guy at the counter the puddle and suggested that at the very least they should put up a sign so their customers didn't step in it. He gave me a funny look and seemed as if he could not care less. I asked for a paper towel to wipe off my shoe and he seemed confused by my request. Almost had an accident when my oil covered sneaker slipped off the brake! They also have very little in the way of traditional motor oil.

My Grand Cherokee purchases from this location is year old and is not holding windshield washer fluid which is covered under warranty. I can not see out of the front windshield or back windshield because of the all the salt and sand on the roadways, they won't even LOOK at your car to diagnose it for 24-48 hours after your DROP it off and do not have loaner vehicles available for 60 days. So I guess I'll just hang out of the side of my of car with the window open a Windex bottle on the Wantagh State Parkway. Their customers safety is obviously their top concern. This place get fcked. I took two days off of work shop around and went to just about every dealership imaginable. From open until after closing time, one after another without any breaks. I never really understood the car salesman stereotype until that day. There are some truly terrible people out there. I downright felt threatened at one specific dealership in Huntington. A different dealership muscled me into leaving a deposit. They're not all bad eggs, some of them were decent people. But Eric... Eric stands in a league of his own. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with the warmth and courtesy that I would only expect from family. Not once did I feel rushed or pressured. He is so knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to show me every car and every option. There was nothing that he didn't explain to me. When it came time to look at cars, he made sure I had ample time with every car I contemplated in every trim. Educating me on the differences and offerings of the VW brand. There was nothing he wouldn't take the time to show me or explain to me. When it came time to talk about numbers, he was as honest as honest can be. He walked me through all of the numbers. Not just the superficial monthly payments. But everything. From down payments. To interest rates. Gas consumption. Registration fees. There wasn't a penny unaccounted for. It is for these reasons that I will never choose another person to do business with when it comes to cars. And if one day Eric leaves Volkswagen for another brand, you can bet I will follow. After the nightmarish exhaustion so many dealerships put me through, it's good to know people like Eric are still out there. Thank you.

I had a disappointing experience with Audi Massapequa…read more I initially visited the dealership with interest in an Audi, but there was not even one available for me to test drive. Despite that, the salesperson and I discussed numbers for both Audis and Volkswagens. I ended up leaving a deposit for a Tiguan based on the deal that was presented to me. My deposit was not charged until 4 days after our meeting. By that point, the dealership had already determined that the pricing we agreed upon was not feasible due to an issue with a promotion. Charging the deposit after discovering the deal could not be honored feels misleading and unprofessional. The promotion itself was an issue. I was never informed that the Costco incentive required membership prior to June 19th. I was led to believe that simply having a valid Costco membership would qualify me for the discount. Only after everything was discussed, and a deal was agreed upon, did I receive a call saying that I was ineligible and therefore my monthly payment would increase by nearly $50. I was reassured by my salesperson that if I decided not to move forward with the deal, my deposit would be returned without issue. Once I decided not to move forward with the revised deal, my salesperson did not return my messages regarding the deposit. When I called the dealership, I was told that there a no manager available, and my messages left for management were not returned.
