He gave me a funny look and seemed as if he could not care less. I asked for a paper towel to wipe off my shoe and he seemed confused by my request. Almost had an accident when my oil covered sneaker slipped off the brake! They also have very little in the way of traditional motor oil.

I've been going here for pretty much all my auto parts and maintenance supplies for years. Bottom line is that if they don't have it, they can get it and usually within a day if possible. The four gentlemen that work there are great and will help you with anything you need, I've even had them dig out there huge tool catalogs to help me find special hand tools that normally you'd have to get through Snap-On or Matco. If you happened to order 4 rotors for a school bus, they'll even help you carry the to your car. Ask the guy from Napa to do that for you, I'm sure he'll just stare at you. They have one of the biggest selections of car care products I've ever seen. They carry Wix products which I'm a big fan of. I do believe they have a lathe in the back there, so if you need rotors cut they'll do that too. This place is great, the selection is amazing, and the service can't be beat by any of the chains. If you find yourself going from store to store looking for an odd part... take a gander here and they probably will have it.

My Grand Cherokee purchases from this location is year old and is not holding windshield washer fluid which is covered under warranty. I can not see out of the front windshield or back windshield because of the all the salt and sand on the roadways, they won't even LOOK at your car to diagnose it for 24-48 hours after your DROP it off and do not have loaner vehicles available for 60 days. So I guess I'll just hang out of the side of my of car with the window open a Windex bottle on the Wantagh State Parkway. Their customers safety is obviously their top concern. This place get fcked. For weeks, they claimed they were 'backed up' and it would take a couple of days to even get to my car. All my car needed was to simply replace a loose cover part underneath it. In September, I went away for vacation for over a week - I confirmed multiple times with the service center that I could leave my car here and pick it up on Saturday (I returned on a Friday evening), and they would provide the receipt and keys to Audi. During the week of vacation, I was never called, never notified of the car being serviced, which I figured might be due to the fact I was in another country. The Saturday after I returned, I called Audi, and go figure they NEVER received the keys or any information regarding my car from Volkswagen service, so I had to rideshare the entire weekend and that Monday morning. On Monday morning, I arrived to the service center before work - they had NO information on work done on my car, no bill of labor, materials, etc. in which the lady at the counter said 'they probably just patched it up and reattached the part'. Does this sound like a disorganized mess yet? I checked underneath my car, and they did NO work on it for the entirety of OVER A WEEK. This service center is an absolute disorganized mess, they could care less about actually servicing your vehicle, and this was quite literally the simplest fix that needed to be made to my car which they couldn't even perform. There's no communication to the customer, and seemingly within their own office/departments. What a joke. I'm complaining to Volkswagen and beyond pissed I wasted my time with this service center. If you're coming here for proximity or convenience, just go somewhere else because you'll actually get the help you need for your car. Would give 0/5 if I could

They have been so supportive through the process. They found me a great towing company and worked with my adjuster to deal with the issue. Jonathan kept me informed throughout and was reassuring.
