Sadly this framed photo was needed for his funeral. My wife and I met with Adam and explained our situation. We had one week before the services. Adam understood quickly our needs and promptly found the gold colored wood and matting that worked with the photo we had with us. That photo was on my phone. We selected the frame and matting and placed our order. For the actual photo, he sent us a few blocks away to Color Zone to meet with Garo for the enlargement of the photo. Within two hours, Garo had the enlarged photo that we then took to Adam. He promised us the framed photo in four days and actually had it ready in three. The framed photo was beautiful and was displayed prominently at his memorial services. Thank you Adam and his father, Frank for their kindness during a difficult time for me and my family.

Liam at Framed in Montrose was so helpful in creating an arrangement. I wanted a collage of photos/frames/mats that worked together, not just matching black lacquer frames/mats. He spent time pulling samples and patiently assembling an eight-piece presentation. They are beautiful and the compliments I hear go on and on. Many new pieces of art were on display from local artists. Part of proceeds of the sale of artwork go to Glendale schools. They had a lovely turnout. My friend had two beautiful paintings and one piece done with Prismacolor pencils. If you are in the area the show runs until October 27th. It is in the Montrose Shopping Area.

Tom has worked with some very cool filmmakers including David Lynch and has lots of unique framed memorabilia in the store. I brought a very cherished and expensive Kenton Nelson print in for framing and the girl there was patient and professional and really helped me in picking the right products. Because I value this particular print so much I opted to buy the glare-free glass; more expensive but worth it for me. When I went to pick it up I was amazed how good it looked. So good in fact that I literally could not see the glass. I thought they had forgotten it! But it turns out that since the glare-free glass was on backorder and would have taken weeks longer to obtain, they went ahead and installed the much more expensive Museum Glass instead at no extra charge! I mean, who does that?! I haven't received such phenominal service in a long time. And here it is in a tiny little shop in the heart of North Hollywood. These people are amazing and I will come here forever. I never expected to be so well taken care of. The quality of the materials is great, the corners are smooth and tight and the whole thing looks like it should have in a museum. They do both residential and commercial so I completed their form online to get a quote. Cathy called me a few hours later with a quote and I was comfortable with the price since they specialize in this service. I received an email one day prior to my appointment to view and confirm. On the day of the appointment, I received a text one hour before the appointment time. As I was looking out my window to see if there was parking, I saw their truck sitting by curb 30 minutes before the appointment time. I went to see if Jaime could work on it now rather than wait. The window's tint was dark and the sunshade was up so I wasn't sure if he was in the truck. Luckily, Jaime got out as I was walking back to my place. I told him that I didn't want him to come in my place to remove the screens since I didn't want to clean the floors when he was done. He offered to wear booties and I was good with that. I asked the reason for coming in my place and he said just to remove the screen. I said that I can do them but one screen's tabs were broken. He told me to push it up then push out which was super easy to do. Anyway, he looked at my screen and said that there were no holes so I don't need to change them. I said that I need new pull tabs so that I can remove the screens to clean the windows. He said that I do need to replace the screens if I wanted new pull tabs. He showed me a large metal square one and one short and narrow one. They were much sturdier than the cheap plastic ones that I had. I stood and watched him remove the old screens and install the new ones. It was fun watching and talking to him while he repaired the screens. It took him about 45 minutes to set up and repair my screens. He said that that there's one year warranty. Overall, I am very happy with their customer service and product. I highly recommend them and they have a customer for life.
