This place is so great. I worked with George and he really understands the meaning of customer service- so incredibly nice, so incredibly professional. I wanted a custom mirror after one was lost in a move, and he listened to all of my specifications, looked at a pictures of my furniture so it would match, and talked me through all of my options. George was very helpful and patient as he tried to fix a mirror debacle by an unskilled handyman at a home I'm renovating. He created a floating mirror for one of the bathrooms and a larger frame, to cover an ugly frame for the second bathroom. l was 100% pleased with George's work. I wanted a mirror in the bedroom but wasn't sure where to put it, how big to make it or what it should look like. He talked over with me the size and location and gave me samples of various frames to choose from so that it would go with the furniture. I love the way it turned out. It has a dark wooden frame, beveling, and looks elegant. I was expecting a utilitarian mirror to check my appearance but, because it is quite large, it makes the whole room appear bigger, brighter and a nicer place to be. I chose to pay for installation and am glad I did. He and his assistant did a good job and even wore covers on their shoes when they installed it so as not to track on the floors (it was a wet day). I just bought a condo in Pasadena, my master bedroom has some odd sizing vanity, which is 58.5", I custom made my vanity and had to custom made my mirror as well, because I want it to look perfect. I searched about "Any Size Mirror & Frame" through yelp, gave them a call for a price quote, and went it to make my purchase on the same day. Everything was fast, good and effective. On the day I went to pick up with mirror, the owner let me know that the mirror does not look perfect enough, he wanted me to check if I was okay with it, and if not, he would replace it for me at no cost, which he really did. He was concerned that the side-bar of that batch would have the same imperfection, he recommended me to pick something else. I picked something else with my good eye, and it of course cost twice as much as what my original choice was. The owner was so kind to make the mirror for me with my new choice without extra charge, he also remake my guest bathroom mirror so they match. Not forgetting to mention that the final result was absolutely perfect, he delivered it to my condo with care. Really appreciate his perfectionism and being professional to deliver only perfect goods to customer. If I ever needed a mirror, I would definitely come back! Highly recommended! read more

Wow! George was more than professional and a genuinely kind person. He is obviously passionate about his work and it shows! I brought in a frame to have a mirror cut to size and installed. After I dropped it off we were questioning if we should go with a regular mirror or something with an antique/oxidized finish. George showed us an array of different antique mirror finishes which were all very beautiful! I asked George to hold off until we made a decision in which he did with no questions asked! He held the frame for us for nearly two weeks until we finally decided on what we wanted. We ended up going with a regular finish, not the antique. Yelp is once again right on the spot with their recommendations. The moment we stepped in the store, we were greeted by George. He remembered that I called him earlier regarding a custom mirror. Not only that, he had samples of the different styles of frames laid out for us to go over. Throughout the entire process, he was very patient and above all went out of his way to find the styles that met our tastes. We have looked at the big box stores like Home Depot and Lowe's. However, they only sell standard size mirrors and not to the quality we expected. As for the online retailers, while you will be able to buy a custom mirror, we found that they tend to cost twice as much as what George will charge. In addition, it is difficult to buy something online without seeing and touching in person.
