Big Mistake! Do not hire this guy! Milo has no idea what he is doing!…read more I had him out twice to service and fix a leak on my AC line. He threw some tape around the leak told me that it was just condensation. Two days later it is still leaking. I called him to come back and fix the problem that I paid him to fix. He told me that as a technician all he does is "practice medicine" on each HVAC systems and that he'd have to charge me again to come out and fix it. When I insisted that he needed to honor his work and come out and make it right he hung up on me! UPDATE: After posting this review. I received this voicemail from Milo, "How DARE you leave me a review like that on yelp...this is Milo. First you lied and said I came out twice to work on your leak, no one time (actually I have 2 invoices totaling $258). You said I have no idea what I'm doing, that's BULL! You had a little funny leak system that will give anyone problems, don't say that about somebody. You put your name as Roy? What? Are you hiding? You're a PUNK B*TCH! F*CK YOU!" Of course after I stopped laughing in disbelief at his "professional" response, I knew I had to again warn anyone about hiring this guy! I called another reputable HVAC company and they helped me fix this "little funny leak system" over the phone.
